Corflute® - Print Only
The most obvious benefit of corflute signage is that it's the most economical option for businesses on a tight budget or those who need to print corflute signs in bulk without sacrificing high print quality. The hollow flutes running through these corflute boards ensure signage is very lightweight, making corflutes easy to transport, install and secure with adhesive, screws or nails.
Corflute® boards are a popular short-term outdoor and long-term indoor signage solution, with weather-proofing that protects the corflute sign to maintain its condition for up to a couple of years. This is without a doubt the cheapest and wisest option for corflute signs such as real estate signs, promotional signs, construction and building site signage, event advertisements and more. Indoor corflute signage proves to be even more durable, with organisations using corflute sign printing for warning signs, instructions, in-store advertising and other POS collateral and enjoying it for years to come.
Unlike other low-priced printing solutions, corflute signs are very customisable. Corflute printing can be cut to custom sizes and shapes under 2400mm × 1200mm. Please see the link below to get pricing on corflute sign printing for your customers.

Sustainability
Recyclable Polypropylene Material
Corflute® is manufactured from polypropylene (PP), a recyclable plastic that can be reprocessed through appropriate recycling channels. When handled correctly at end of life, corflute signage can be diverted from landfill and reused in the production of new plastic products.
PVC-Free & Low-Impact Substrate
Corflute signs are PVC-free and do not contain chlorine or heavy metals, making corflute signage a lower-impact alternative to traditional PVC signage boards while still delivering the rigidity and durability required for outdoor and indoor signage applications.
Low-VOC UV Print Technology
All corflute printing is produced using Durst UV ink technology, which is low-VOC and designed to minimise harmful emissions during production. This supports a cleaner corflute sign printing process and a safer working environment.
Lightweight, Efficient & Locally Made
Printed on Australian-made Corex Corflute®, our corflute printing in Australia benefits from reduced transport distances compared to imported substrates. The lightweight construction of corflutes also helps lower freight emissions and improves overall material efficiency from production through to delivery.
FAQ
The maximum sheet size for Corflute® signs is 2400mm × 1200mm. Custom sizes can be produced within this sheet size, allowing you to order signs cut to your required dimensions for both small and large-scale signage projects.
No once an order is submitted for a corflute sign, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our production workflow is highly automated, meaning jobs are queued and often enter prepress or printing within minutes of submission.
To ensure accuracy, a clear confirmation notice is shown before checkout. Please review all artwork and order details carefully before placing your order.
No each order for corflute signs is packed and dispatched to a single delivery address per job. Our system is designed for bulk packing to one location to maintain production efficiency and competitive trade pricing.
If you require split packing or delivery to multiple addresses, we recommend engaging a third-party logistics (3PL) provider. We’re happy to refer trusted partners who specialise in kitting and multi-location fulfilment.
No. We do not provide artwork design or manual setup for corflute signs, as we operate strictly as a trade-only printer. Offering in-house design services would conflict with our trade model.
That said, we understand minor artwork issues can occur. Our system includes automated checks and correction tools to help resolve common problems such as trim box or scaling errors so compliant Corflute orders can move through production faster.
All Corflute Sign Printing orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Account terms are available only to eligible resellers with an annual spend exceeding $20,000 and a strong credit profile.
Once consistent trading volume is demonstrated, eligibility can be assessed. These requirements are set by our debtor insurance provider and cannot be adjusted.
Corflute signs are printed using UV-cured inks, resulting in a smooth satin-matte finish. The print is durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications without the need for lamination.
We do not offer lamination or additional coatings on Corflute signs.
Corflute signs are designed for short to medium-term outdoor use. Under typical Australian conditions, the substrate will generally perform for approximately 12–24 months before showing signs of wear or fading.
Indoor use can extend the life of the print significantly. Longevity will vary depending on factors such as UV exposure, installation method, wind load, and overall environmental conditions.
We aim to meet and often exceed the lead times for corflute printing shown in our system. All stated turnaround times relate to production only and do not include courier transit times.
While we work hard to dispatch orders as scheduled, factors outside our control such as courier delays or broader supply chain issues can occasionally affect final delivery. For transparency, our system-generated production and dispatch dates are currently running at over 99% accuracy, but delivery dates themselves are not guaranteed.
We can cut a range of simple shapes for Corflute signs, including standard rectangles, circles, and basic contour cuts around artwork.
Simple shape cutting is defined as convex shapes with up to five points. Fully freeform, intricate, or concave shapes are not supported on this product.
No. Each Corflute printing job can only include one size, although multiple artworks can be supplied for that same size. If you require additional sizes, these must be submitted as separate jobs.
You can still place multiple jobs within a single order for convenience. This structure allows our prepress, printing, and finishing systems to remain optimised for speed, accuracy, and production reliability.
Yes for larger Corflute sign printing orders (typically over $1,000), we recommend ordering a small production sample for approval before proceeding with the full run.
Our low minimum order value allows you to check print quality, colour and finish prior to committing. Once full production begins, changes or reprints can be difficult and may result in additional costs or delays.
If artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, 1 business day production is available for Corflute signs orders up to $1,000 + GST.
For higher order values, additional production capacity is added in $2,000 + GST increments per business day. Turnaround times shown in our system reflect production only and are based on available capacity at the time of ordering.
No we do not offer priority or express services for corflute sign printing. All Corflute® jobs are processed in order to ensure fairness and consistent production flow across all customers.
Our focus is on continually improving overall production speed and keeping lead times as short as possible for everyone, rather than prioritising individual jobs.
Yes. Wayfinding and directional applications — including arrows, parking guidance, event flow, open-home directional boards and temporary route signage — are well suited to corflute sign printing. Custom shapes such as arrow profiles can be cut within the simple-shape rules outlined in our cutting FAQ (convex shapes with up to five points), and signs can be produced in matched sets so directional corflute signage is visually consistent across a campaign or site.
While Corex operates recycling programs for corflute signs, trade partners are not authorised to deliver Corflute® signage to Mediapoint or to Corex Australia for recycling. So you cannot return corflute waste for recycling.
Any recycling of Corflute® signage must be arranged independently by the reseller or end user through appropriate local or specialist polypropylene (PP) recycling facilities. This ensures compliance by us with Corex’s recycling program requirements and avoids unauthorised material handling.
No corflute signs are available single sided only. This product is designed as a cost-effective, lightweight signage option where one printed face is sufficient.
If you require double-sided printing, please select our Corrugated Plastic signage option instead, which is specifically engineered to support printing on both sides.
“Corflute®” is a registered trademark of Corex Australia. Mediapoint has permission from Corex to use the Corflute name when referring to the substrate we print on.
This authorisation does not extend to trade resellers. When marketing or reselling this product, you must use alternative generic terms such as Corrugated Plastic, Corrugated PP Board, or similar non-trademarked descriptions.
Using approved generic terminology ensures compliance with trademark requirements and avoids potential misuse of the Corflute brand.
Our corflute printing pricing is based on a true cost, sheet-based model, not square metre estimates. Corflute signs are produced by full sheets, so as quantities increase, pricing may remain the same for a period and then step up only when an additional sheet is required.
This approach reflects the actual cost of production and ensures there are no hidden winners or losers in the pricing. You’re charged fairly based on real material usage, processing, and waste handling, not averaged assumptions.
Many suppliers use square metre pricing, which can create inconsistencies: they may lose margin on poorly utilised sheets and recover that cost elsewhere, often leading to inflated pricing when a sheet is efficiently filled. Our model avoids this by pricing every job accurately and transparently.
The result is fair, predictable pricing across all job sizes, and stronger overall margins for resellers who use us consistently, especially on well-optimised layouts.
No Corflute® Print Only orders must be placed using the sizes, print options, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually accommodate one-off requests outside of those settings. Our production workflows are designed to deliver consistent quality, accurate pricing, and reliable turnaround at scale, and we do not have a workaround for processing individual orders that fall outside the system. If you have an idea for improving this product, regularly source a specific Corflute stock or option elsewhere, or believe there is meaningful volume or demand across multiple customers, we welcome you to share that feedback with us. We actively review opportunities that can be implemented as long-term, system-based improvements where they benefit the wider trade network and are commercially viable with our IT development roadmap.
Yes real estate is one of the most common applications for corflute signs in Australia. The lightweight rigidity of corflute signage makes it well suited to "For Sale," "Sold," "Auction" and "Open Home" boards that need to be installed, transported and replaced quickly. Because our corflute sign printing is single-sided, agents typically order corflute signs in pairs when a double-sided display is needed, or select our Corrugated Plastic product for a true double-sided board. Standard real estate sizes can be cut to your specifications within the 2400mm × 1200mm sheet maximum.
Yes, Corflute signage is the standard substrate for election and political campaign signs across Australia thanks to its low cost per unit, fast bulk turnaround and short-to-medium term outdoor performance. Campaigns commonly order corflute sign printing in high volumes for booth signage, polling place displays and roadside boards. Our Australian-made Corex Corflute® stock and local production make it practical to print corflute signs at campaign-scale lead times, with consistent colour and material quality across large runs.
Yes, Construction and building site signage is one of the most established uses for corflute signs. Corflute printing is light enough to install on temporary fencing with cable ties, screws or adhesive, yet rigid and weather-resistant enough to perform on active sites for the typical 12–24 months of outdoor service life. Common applications include site identification boards, safety and induction signage, contractor branding, hoarding panels and project information displays.
Yes, Corflute signage is widely used for event applications including wayfinding, sponsor branding, registration, queue management and on-site advertising. Corflute sign printing is fast to produce, easy to transport between venues and inexpensive enough that signs can be reprinted for each event without inflating budgets. For multi-event campaigns, ordering corflute signs in bulk through a single job typically delivers the best per-unit pricing.
Yes, Indoor corflute signs are a popular choice for retail point-of-sale, in-store promotions, shelf talkers, end-cap displays and seasonal campaigns. Because indoor use significantly extends the life of corflute printing, retailers often reuse the same boards across multiple promotional cycles. Corflute signage can be cut to custom shapes within 2400mm × 1200mm, allowing branded silhouettes, contour-cut product call-outs and bespoke POS formats.
Yes, Schools, sporting clubs, councils and community groups regularly use corflute signs for fundraising boards, working bee notices, sports field signage, fete advertising and event promotion. The low cost of corflute sign printing makes it accessible for community budgets, while the lightweight construction of corflutes makes the signs safe and easy for volunteers to install and remove.
Yes, Corflute signage is commonly used for short-to-medium term warning, hazard, instruction and compliance signs in indoor and outdoor settings. The smooth satin-matte UV-cured print finish on our corflute signs keeps text and pictograms clearly legible without lamination. For permanent or long-life safety signage, a more durable substrate such as Foamed PVC or Composite Panel is generally recommended; for temporary or project-based safety messaging, corflute printing is the more cost-effective option.
