Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, Premium Pull Up Banners include free delivery Australia-wide through selected carriers. You’ll see available options during checkout.

What are the lead times?

If your artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, turnaround depends on your quantity. Orders of up to 12 stands are dispatched within one business day, 13–35 stands take two days, 35–60 stands take three days, and 60–85 stands take four days. Add one business day for each additional 25 stands. Your dispatch date will always appear at checkout.

Can I order a single unit?

Yes, there’s no minimum order. You can order one banner or a full batch our automated system handles any quantity efficiently.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Once your job enters production, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Our system is built for fast, automated turnaround, so please check your artwork and order details carefully before confirming.

Do you offer design help?

We don’t provide artwork setup or design services, as we focus purely on trade printing. However, our preflight system automatically checks files for missing bleed or trim setup to prevent production issues.

Do you offer trade accounts?

All orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Accounts are available to resellers who meet our monthly spend level and maintain good payment history.

Do you guarantee dispatch dates?

Yes, we meet or exceed all published dispatch times. Over ninety-nine percent of orders leave our factory on or before the scheduled date.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes, you can order a single Premium Pull Up Banner to test the quality, base finish, and print before running a larger job.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off premium pull up banner orders?

No. Premium pull up banner orders must be submitted using the hardware options, print finishes, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off variations outside of those options. Premium units require controlled production and assembly processes to maintain presentation quality, durability, and fit, and our system settings reflect what can be delivered reliably across trade volumes. We do not offer manual overrides for individual premium banner jobs, as this introduces risk to quality and consistency.
