Orders of up to 12 stands are dispatched within one business day, 13–35 stands take two days, 35–60 stands take three days, and 60–85 stands take four days. Add one business day for each additional 25 stands. Your dispatch date will always appear at checkout.
    Yes, there’s no minimum order. You can order one banner or a full batch our automated system handles any quantity efficiently.
    Once your job enters production, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Our system is built for fast, automated turnaround, so please check your artwork and order details carefully before confirming.
    We don’t provide artwork setup or design services, as we focus purely on trade printing. However, our preflight system automatically checks files for missing bleed or trim setup to prevent production issues.
    All orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Accounts are available to resellers who meet our monthly spend level and maintain good payment history.
    Yes, we meet or exceed all published dispatch times. Over ninety-nine percent of orders leave our factory on or before the scheduled date.

    No. Premium pull up banner orders must be submitted using the hardware options, print finishes, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off variations outside of those options. Premium units require controlled production and assembly processes to maintain presentation quality, durability, and fit, and our system settings reflect what can be delivered reliably across trade volumes. We do not offer manual overrides for individual premium banner jobs, as this introduces risk to quality and consistency. If you identify a long-term opportunity driven by repeat usage or broader market demand, we welcome that feedback for future review.
