Bollard Signs
Bollard signs, also called bollard covers or bollard sleeves, are three-sided printed covers that wrap around bollards, poles and posts and lock together with an interlocking tab, with no tape or tools. Each face is 270 × 1000mm or 300 × 1200mm, so the message reads from every direction in high-traffic car parks, shopfronts, petrol stations and shopping centres.
Why resellers choose our bollard signs

They're printed in full-colour UV on 3mm corrugated plastic, also called coreflute, with the flutes running vertically so the board folds cleanly around the post. Signs arrive cut and creased, ready to fold and lock. For more on printed board, see our coreflute signs page.
You can order a single sign or a national rollout, with unlimited artwork kinds in uneven quantities within one job. Production is 2 business days on jobs up to $500 + GST approved before the 1pm cut-off, and every order is blind-shipped under your brand.
Outdoors, expect around 12–24 months before fading shows, depending on sun and exposure. Templates for both sizes are under the Download tab. For freestanding pavement signs, see Corflute® A-Frames.
Job Summary
Bollard Signs
Bollard Signs are a quick and effective way to promote offers, events and brand messages in high-traffic areas such as shopfronts, petrol stations and retail car parks. Printed on 3mm corrugated plastic and folded to wrap neatly around standard bollards, they give a professional finish that stands up to rain and sun.
Each sign is printed with UV inks for vibrant colour that stays bright outdoors. They arrive cut and creased, fold around the bollard and lock together with an interlocking tab, with no tape or tools needed. The flutes run vertically so the board bends cleanly around the post, and each face is 270 × 1000mm or 300 × 1200mm.
Outdoor-Ready Durability
Made from weather-resistant corrugated plastic, Bollard Signs handle rain and sun, lasting around 12–24 months outdoors depending on exposure. The UV-cured ink resists fading, and the fluted core adds strength while keeping the sign lightweight.
Pre-Sized and Ready to Assemble
Each Bollard Sign arrives pre-cut and pre-creased, with faces of 270 mm × 1000 mm or 300 mm × 1200 mm to suit common bollards in shopping centres and car parks. The vertical flutes let the sign bend neatly around the post, and an interlocking tab holds it in place, so assembly takes minutes with no tape or tools.

Printed with Low-VOC Durst UV Inks
All Bollard Signs are printed on our Durst printers with UV-cured inks that are low in volatile organic compounds. The inks cure instantly under LED lamps, avoiding the solvent-heavy processes of some traditional printing methods while keeping colour vibrant and long-lasting.

All orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Accounts are available to resellers with annual spend over $20,000 and a good credit history.
Each sign is cut and creased so it folds around the bollard on three sides, then locks together with an interlocking tab. No tape, fixings or tools are needed.
Around 12–24 months in typical Australian conditions before fading or wear shows, depending on sun exposure and how the sign is handled. Indoors, they last much longer. See our outdoor durability guide.
They are printed on 3mm corrugated plastic, also known as coreflute. Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex for its own board, so when marketing or reselling, describe these as corrugated plastic or coreflute bollard signs.
