Corrugated Plastic - Print Only
The most obvious benefit of Corrugated Plastic signage is that it is the most economical option for businesses on a tight budget or those who need to print in bulk, but do not want to sacrifice high print quality. The hollow flutes running through these boards ensure signage is very lightweight, making it easy to transport, install and secure with adhesive, screws or nails.
Corrugated Plastic boards are a popular short-term outdoor and long-term indoor solution, with weather-proofing that protects the sign to maintain its condition for up to a couple of years. This is without a doubt the cheapest and wisest option for signage such as real estate signs, promotional signs, construction and building site signage, event advertisements and more. Indoor signage proves to be even more durable, with organisations printing warning signs, instructions, in-store advertising and other POS collateral and enjoying it for years to come.
Unlike other low priced printing solutions, Corrugated Plastic signs are very customisable. Signs can be printed and cut to custom sizes and shapes under 2400mm x 1200mm. Please see the link below to get pricing on Corrugated Plastic for your customers.

FAQ
Our pricing is based on a true cost, sheet based production model rather than estimated square metre pricing. Corrugated Plastic signs are produced from full sheets, so as quantities increase, pricing may remain the same until an additional sheet is required, at which point it steps up. This reflects the actual cost of materials, production time, and waste handling, ensuring fair and transparent pricing with no hidden cross subsidies. Unlike square metre pricing models, which can create inconsistencies and inflated costs, this approach delivers predictable pricing and better overall margins for resellers, particularly on well optimised layouts.
Corrugated Plastic refers to the material category, while Corflute is a trademarked brand within that category. For this product, we may use corrugated plastic sheets from a range of approved manufacturers rather than Corex Corflute specifically. This gives us greater flexibility in stock availability and material specifications, allowing us to consistently offer options such as double sided printing where required. As a result, the material supplied may not always be Australian made, however it still meets our performance and print quality standards and allows us to deliver more reliable supply, broader capability, and consistent outcomes for trade customers.
No. Corrugated Plastic Print Only orders must be placed using the options and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually accommodate one off requests outside of those settings. Our workflows are built to ensure consistency, accuracy, and fair trade pricing at scale, and we do not have a workaround for processing individual orders that fall outside the system. If you have an idea for improvement, are regularly purchasing a specific stock or option elsewhere, or believe there is meaningful volume or demand across multiple customers, we welcome you to share that feedback with us. We actively review opportunities that can be implemented as a long term, system based solution where they benefit the broader trade network and if it is economically viable with our IT development team.
