Corrugated Plastic - Print Only

24 Hour Production
24 Hour Production
Corrugated Plastic signs are the perfect choice for clients that need a cost-effective, easy signage solution with a quick turnaround and flexible design.

The most obvious benefit of Corrugated Plastic signage is that it is the most economical option for businesses on a tight budget or those who need to print in bulk, but do not want to sacrifice high print quality. The hollow flutes running through these boards ensure signage is very lightweight, making it easy to transport, install and secure with adhesive, screws or nails.

Corrugated Plastic boards are a popular short-term outdoor and long-term indoor solution, with weather-proofing that protects the sign to maintain its condition for up to a couple of years. This is without a doubt the cheapest and wisest option for signage such as real estate signs, promotional signs, construction and building site signage, event advertisements and more. Indoor signage proves to be even more durable, with organisations printing warning signs, instructions, in-store advertising and other POS collateral and enjoying it for years to come.

Unlike other low priced printing solutions, Corrugated Plastic signs are very customisable. Signs can be printed and cut to custom sizes and shapes under 2400mm x 1200mm. Please see the link below to get pricing on Corrugated Plastic for your customers. Corrugated plastic signs are also known as fluted plastic signs, and they are the same board most people call corflute.

Corrugated Plastic Signs

Our Corrugated Plastic Signs are one of the most popular and cost-effective forms of signage on the market. Perfect for real estate, elections, events, building sites, and promotional displays, these signs combine durability, versatility, and affordability. Corrugated plastic is inexpensive to produce, making it a practical choice for both small and bulk orders. If a sign is ever damaged, replacement is quick and low-cost, giving you the flexibility to order as much as your project requires.

Lightweight & Versatile

Easy to transport, install, and reuse, Corrugated Plastic Signs combine rigidity with lightweight handling. This makes them the go-to choice for builders, real estate agents, retail promotions, and event signage suitable for both indoor and outdoor display needs.

Durable & Weather-Resistant

Corrugated Plastic Signs are water-resistant, and built to handle Australia’s toughest outdoor conditions. Printed with high-quality UV inks, our Corrugated Plastic Signs remains vibrant and sturdy for up to two years in sun, wind, and rain perfect for outdoor advertising, construction, and event signage.

Cost-Effective & Sustainable

Our Corrugated Plastic Signs deliver high visual impact at a low cost, making them ideal for trade resellers and bulk orders. Made from recyclable polypropylene, they provide an affordable and eco-conscious alternative to PVC signage while maintaining strong durability and print quality.

Sustainability

100% Recyclable Material

Made from polypropylene, Corrugated Plastic Signs are fully recyclable through the right channels and can be reprocessed into new plastic products, reducing landfill waste and supporting a circular economy within the signage industry.

Non-Toxic & PVC-Free

Corrugated Plastic Signs are free from chlorine, heavy metals, and harmful additives, offering a safer and more environmentally responsible option compared to PVC signage boards.

Low-VOC & Durst Ink Technology

All Corrugated Plastic Signs are printed on our Durst D4 printers using UV ink technology that is VOC-free and certified for ultra-low chemical emissions (GREENGUARD, RoHS). This ensures cleaner production with minimal environmental impact.

Durable, Reusable & Low-Impact

Built for efficiency and reuse, Corrugated Plastic Signs can withstand multiple campaigns or up to two years outdoors. Their long-lasting construction and lightweight design help reduce transport emissions and overall carbon footprint from production to delivery.

FAQ

The maximum sheet size for our Corrugated Plastic Signs is 2400mm x 1200mm. Custom sizes smaller than this are also available, allowing you to tailor your signage to the exact dimensions you need. This flexibility helps trade resellers efficiently manage both small and large-scale signage projects while maintaining fast turnaround times.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. A clear warning appears before checkout to confirm this. Our workflow is highly automated within minutes of submission, your job is queued and often printing. Stopping production would require removing and re-prepressing jobs manually, which we cannot do. Please check your artwork and order details carefully before submission.
Our system supports bulk packing and delivery to a single location per job. If you require split packing or delivery to multiple addresses, we recommend engaging a third-party logistics (3PL) partner. We can refer you to trusted providers who specialise in this. To maintain our competitive trade pricing, we focus purely on production efficiency and do not handle kitting or multi-location fulfilment internally.
We don’t offer artwork design or setup, as we operate purely as a trade printer. Having in-house designers would conflict with our trade-only model. However, we understand small artwork issues can happen, so we’re introducing automated tools to help correct common issues such as trimbox errors or scaling problems, allowing your Corrugated Plastic Sign orders to progress faster.
All orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Accounts are only available to resellers with an annual spend exceeding $20,000 and a strong credit rating. Once you reach that level and can demonstrate consistent trading volume, we’ll assess your eligibility. This requirement comes from our debtor insurance provider and cannot be adjusted.
All Corrugated Plastic Signs are printed using high-quality UV-cured inks with a smooth, satin-matte finish. The print is durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use without the need for lamination. We do not offer laminating or coating of boards.
Corrugated Plastic Signs, often referred to as corflute signs, are designed for short to medium-term outdoor use. Under normal conditions, the actual stock last between 12 and 24 months outdoors before showing signs of wear or fading. The ink itself is rated for 24 months. Indoor use can extend the life of the print significantly. Factors such as UV exposure, installation method, and environmental conditions will affect longevity.
We aim to meet and often exceed the lead times stated in our system. All turnaround times reflect production schedules, not delivery transit times. While we work hard to ensure orders dispatch as promised, unforeseen factors like courier delays or supply chain issues may occasionally impact final delivery dates. We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates but always strive for consistency and reliability. At the moment our production and delivery dates in our system are running at over 99% accurate.
We can cut a wide range of simple shapes to suit your design, including standard rectangles, circles, and contour cuts around artwork. We define simple shape cutting as simple convex shape cutting (up to 5 points) rather than fully freeform or concave shapes.
Each job for Corrugated Plastic Signs can only include one size, although you can upload multiple artworks for that same size. If you need additional sizes, these must be submitted as separate jobs. You can still place multiple jobs in one order for convenience. Our prepress, printing, and finishing systems are optimised for one consistent size per job to ensure speed, precision, and reliability across production.
For larger jobs exceeding $1,000, we recommend ordering a small production sample for sign-off before proceeding with the full run. Our minimum order cost is low, and this allows you to check print quality, colour accuracy, and finish before committing. Once large-scale printing begins, changes or reprints are difficult and may incur extra costs or delays.
If artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, one business day production is available for orders under $1,000 + GST, with each additional business day adding $2,000 + GST to the total capacity.
We don’t offer priority or express services. Every job is processed in order to maintain fairness and efficiency across all customers. Our focus is on continuously improving production speed and keeping lead times low for everyone, rather than prioritising individual jobs.

Our pricing is based on a true cost, sheet based production model rather than estimated square metre pricing. Corrugated Plastic signs are produced from full sheets, so as quantities increase, pricing may remain the same until an additional sheet is required, at which point it steps up. This reflects the actual cost of materials, production time, and waste handling, ensuring fair and transparent pricing with no hidden cross subsidies. Unlike square metre pricing models, which can create inconsistencies and inflated costs, this approach delivers predictable pricing and better overall margins for resellers, particularly on well optimised layouts.

Corrugated Plastic refers to the material category, while Corflute is a trademarked brand within that category. For this product, we may use corrugated plastic sheets from a range of approved manufacturers rather than Corex Corflute specifically. This gives us greater flexibility in stock availability and material specifications, allowing us to consistently offer options such as double sided printing where required. As a result, the material supplied may not always be Australian made, however it still meets our performance and print quality standards and allows us to deliver more reliable supply, broader capability, and consistent outcomes for trade customers.

No. Corrugated Plastic Print Only orders must be placed using the options and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually accommodate one off requests outside of those settings. Our workflows are built to ensure consistency, accuracy, and fair trade pricing at scale, and we do not have a workaround for processing individual orders that fall outside the system. If you have an idea for improvement, are regularly purchasing a specific stock or option elsewhere, or believe there is meaningful volume or demand across multiple customers, we welcome you to share that feedback with us. We actively review opportunities that can be implemented as a long term, system based solution where they benefit the broader trade network and if it is economically viable with our IT development team.
