Our Corflute® Print Only is single-sided, so choose Corrugated Plastic when both faces need to read, such as real estate boards, roadside directionals and A-frames. Pricing is by the sheet at live trade rates, with 1 business day production on jobs up to $1,000 + GST approved before the 1pm cut-off, and every order is blind-shipped under your brand.
Print is full-colour Durst UV with a satin-matte finish. We cut rectangles, circles and simple convex shapes with up to five points. Each job is one size, with multiple artworks allowed. This product is supplied cut to size with no fittings. For eyelets, order Corrugated Plastic with Eyelets. For reinforced taped edges, order Corrugated Plastic with Taping.
We source corrugated plastic sheet from a range of approved manufacturers, so supply stays reliable and double-sided print is always available. If the job must be on Australian-made Corex Corflute®, order Corflute® Print Only instead.

Corrugated plastic signs, printed on one or both sides
Corrugated plastic, also called coreflute or fluted plastic, is a twin-wall polypropylene sheet with a hollow fluted core. It is rigid, light and water-resistant, takes direct UV print without lamination, and is one of the most economical rigid boards for short-to-medium-term signs.
Corrugated plastic signs are the standard for real estate boards, election signs, site and safety signs, events and A-frame signs. Because both faces can be printed, they suit signs read from two directions, such as open-home boards, roadside directionals and A-frames. Outdoors, expect around 12–24 months before fading shows. Indoors, they last much longer.

Order single or double-sided print on the same board, so two-way signs such as open-home boards, roadside directionals and A-frames read from both directions without mounting two boards back to back.
Light, rigid and weather-resistant
The fluted core keeps each board light but stiff, easy to carry, cable-tie to fences, stake or frame. The board doesn't absorb water, and the UV print holds its colour outdoors for around 12–24 months.

Sustainability
Recyclable polypropylene
Corrugated plastic is polypropylene (PP), a recyclable plastic. At end of life, boards can be reprocessed through suitable PP recycling channels and kept out of landfill.
PVC-free
The board contains no PVC, chlorine or heavy metals, making it a lower-impact alternative to PVC sign boards while still giving the rigidity outdoor and indoor signs need.
Low-VOC UV printing
Every job is printed on our Durst printers with UV-cured inks that are low in volatile organic compounds, for cleaner production and a safer workplace.
Reusable and light to ship
Boards can be reused across several campaigns, and their light weight keeps freight emissions down from our floor to your customer.

No. Once submitted, an order cannot be changed or cancelled. Our workflow is automated and jobs often enter prepress or printing within minutes. A confirmation notice is shown before checkout, so please check artwork and order details carefully.
No. Each job is packed and dispatched to one delivery address, which keeps production efficient and prices sharp. For split packing or multi-location delivery, we can refer you to trusted third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
No. As a trade-only printer we do not provide design or manual artwork setup. Our system runs automated checks that fix common problems such as trim box or scaling errors. Download our artwork guidelines under the Download tab, or see how to set up print files for signs.
Orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Account terms are available to eligible resellers with annual spend over $20,000 and a strong credit profile, assessed once consistent trading volume is shown. These requirements are set by our debtor insurance provider and cannot be adjusted.
We print with UV-cured inks that give a smooth satin-matte finish, durable indoors and outdoors without lamination. We do not offer lamination or other coatings on this product.
Around 12–24 months in typical Australian conditions before the board shows wear or fading. The ink is rated for 24 months. Sun exposure, wind load and how the sign is fixed all affect this, and indoors the print lasts much longer. See our outdoor durability guide.
Stated turnaround times cover production only, not courier transit. Our system-generated production and dispatch dates currently run at over 99% accuracy, but delivery dates can be affected by couriers and are not guaranteed.
Rectangles, circles and simple contour cuts around artwork. Simple shapes are convex shapes with up to five points. Freeform, intricate or concave shapes are not available on this product.
No. Each job is one size, though it can include multiple artworks at that size. Additional sizes go in as separate jobs, and you can place several jobs in one order. This keeps prepress, printing and finishing fast and accurate.
Yes. For larger orders (typically over $1,000), we recommend a small production sample first. Our low minimum order value lets you check print quality, colour and finish before committing to the full run.
If artwork is approved before the daily 1pm cut-off, orders up to $1,000 + GST get 1 business day production. Larger orders add a business day for each additional $2,000 + GST. The dates shown in our system are production dates, based on capacity when you order.
No. Every job is processed in order so production stays fair and consistent for every customer. We focus on keeping lead times short for everyone rather than prioritising individual jobs.
Yes. Choose single or double-sided print when you order. Double-sided is the main reason to pick this product over Corflute® Print Only, which is single-sided. Set up both faces as shown in our artwork guidelines under the Download tab.
3mm is the standard for real estate boards, election signs and short-term outdoor signs: light, easy to install and cost-effective. 5mm gives extra rigidity for larger signs (above 900mm wide), windy locations, or boards that need to stand without a frame.
No. Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex Australia, and this product may be printed on board from other manufacturers. When marketing or reselling, use generic terms such as corrugated plastic signs or coreflute signs.

No. Orders must use the sizes, options and turnaround times available in our system when you order, which is how we keep quality, pricing and turnaround consistent at scale. If you regularly need an option we do not offer, tell us. We review requests that could become system-wide improvements for the trade network.
