PVC Vinyl Banners with Rope

PVC Vinyl Banners with Rope are a durable, flexible, and weather-resistant signage option, ideal for both indoor and outdoor use where a tie-up solution is needed. Each banner is hemmed on all four sides for added strength and features a 6mm white polypropylene rope enclosed within the top and bottom hems. Approximately 1.5 metres of extra rope extends from each side, providing generous length for easy installation across fences, poles, or open spaces.

The rope ends are heat-sealed to prevent fraying, ensuring a clean and long-lasting finish. This setup offers a simple, tool-free method of securing banners, making them perfect for temporary fencing, site perimeters, events, or construction signage.

Printed on heavy-duty 510gsm vinyl using high-resolution UV-cured inks, these banners deliver strong visual impact and lasting performance in all weather conditions. Available in custom sizes up to 2400mm high and 21 metres long, PVC Vinyl Banners with Rope are a practical and professional display solution.

PVC Vinyl Banners with Rope

Our PVC Vinyl Banners with Rope are designed for fast, tensioned installation without the need for additional hardware. These banners feature hot-air welded top and bottom hems, each embedded with rope that extends 1.5 metres on both ends. This allows you to tie them directly to fences, scaffolding, or poles for a secure fit. Printed on tough 510gsm waterproof PVC with Durst UV matte inks, these banners offer excellent durability and print clarity — ideal for long-span setups, construction fencing, or high-stress outdoor environments where simple, effective mounting is a priority.

Ready for Direct Tensioning

Each banner includes rope sealed into the top and bottom hems, extending approximately 1.5 metres from each side. This built-in feature allows for fast, hardware-free installation across fences, poles, and scaffolds. Whether you’re spanning large gaps or need a banner that stays taut in windy conditions, this finishing option delivers high performance with minimal effort.

Durable Construction, Built for Outdoors

These banners are hot-air welded and printed on 510gsm PVC vinyl, making them fully waterproof and wind-resistant. The sealed hems and embedded rope increase edge strength and reduce the chance of tearing. Combined with our UV-cured inks, the result is a professional banner that stands up to tough Australian conditions.

Printed with Durst UV Matte Ink

We use industry-leading Durst UV LED printing to deliver crisp detail and colour stability. The matte finish reduces glare while the UV inks bond instantly to the vinyl for long-term scratch and fade resistance. This ensures your banner looks clean and professional in both bright and shaded areas.

Sustainability

Low-VOC UV Ink Technology

Our UV printing process uses energy-efficient LED curing and VOC-free inks, reducing harmful emissions. It’s a cleaner, more sustainable way to produce outdoor signage with no compromise on performance.

Efficient Finishing = Less Waste

By embedding rope directly into welded hems, we reduce the need for additional eyelets or mounting parts. Our banners are cut efficiently from high-yield rolls to minimise waste, and use recyclable polypropylene rope for added sustainability.

Long-Term Reuse

With durable materials and reinforced finishes, these banners can be rolled up and reused for different jobs or campaigns. This longevity reduces the frequency of reprints, saving cost and cutting down on material use.

FAQ

This refers to banners that are finished with hot-air welded top and bottom hems, each containing an embedded rope. The rope extends from both ends, allowing the banner to be tied directly to support structures, no additional eyelets or fixings required.
We use a 6mm polypropylene rope that’s sealed directly into the top and bottom hems during the welding process. This rope is strong, lightweight, and weather-resistant — making it ideal for outdoor banner installations. It provides excellent tension support without fraying or absorbing moisture, and its flexibility ensures a snug fit across fences, poles, or scaffolding. The rope is clear/white to maintain a clean visual finish that won’t distract from your printed design.
Choose rope banners when you want a fast, secure, and clean installation. They’re ideal for wrapping around fencing, railings, or posts where consistent tension is needed. They’re especially effective for long-span areas or high-wind locations where grommets alone may not hold tension evenly.
No. The rope is permanently sealed into the top and bottom hems during production. It cannot be repositioned or removed. If you need different hanging options, consider our banners with eyelets or unfinished edges.
Simply use the rope ends to tie the banner directly to fences, scaffolding, or poles. You can tension it as needed, and in windy environments, tie both ends firmly and evenly to avoid sagging or flapping.
Yes. All our PVC banners are printed with UV-cured inks on waterproof vinyl stock. They’re designed to withstand sun, wind, and rain for up to two years in typical outdoor environments.
We print using a Durst 512R UV LED press. This produces high-resolution, matte-finish prints that are scratch-resistant and fade-resistant without needing lamination. It’s ideal for outdoor use.
Yes. We offer a variety of preset sizes and allow custom length combinations. The rope finish remains fixed at the top and bottom, but you can choose a banner size that suits your installation.
Absolutely. We offer blind shipping as standard. Your client receives the banner in unbranded packaging, and we can include your logo or dispatch documentation if needed.

No. PVC Vinyl Banner with Rope orders must be submitted using the rope finishing options and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to make one-off changes outside of those settings. Rope finishing is a defined process that requires consistent materials and production steps to ensure reliable reinforcement and handling, and our turnaround times are set to reflect that workflow. We do not have a workaround for processing off-system rope requests or expediting one-off orders outside the platform, as it affects consistency and scheduling. If you regularly require a different rope configuration, are ordering similar banner finishing in volume elsewhere, or see broader demand across multiple customers, we welcome that feedback for future consideration.

PVC Vinyl Banners with Rope are priced higher because the finishing process is more labour intensive and cannot be automated through our high-volume Plastgrommet All-In-One machine. Rope finishing requires manual insertion, tensioning, and securing along the banner edge, and each banner must be handled individually to ensure consistent strength and a clean finish. This process typically involves multiple operators per banner and significantly more handling time compared to standard eyeleted banners. The additional labour, slower throughput, and increased handling are reflected in the pricing, making this option best suited where reinforced edges and higher load performance are required.
