The gloss version uses the same material as our matte posters but printed in gloss mode for a shiny, high-contrast finish.

What’s the difference between the gloss and matte versions?

The gloss version has a smooth, reflective surface that makes colours appear more vivid and intense. It’s perfect for eye-catching retail or promotional signage. Because the surface is shiny, light banding or small print imperfections can be slightly more visible than on the matte version, which has a softer look. Both finishes use the same strong and waterproof synthetic stock.

Can they be used outdoors?

Yes, these posters can be used outdoors for short periods or in covered outdoor areas. The synthetic stock is waterproof and holds up well in humidity or light rain. For the best results, keep them out of direct sunlight or harsh weather for long stretches to maintain their glossy look.

Are double-sided prints available?

No, we only print on one side. The back of the material isn’t designed to hold ink, so printing both sides would affect the quality and colour. We focus on perfecting the front surface where it really counts.

What is the maximum size I can order?

We can print up to 1200 millimetres wide and 2400 millimetres long. You can also order any smaller size you need. Every poster is printed and trimmed to your exact measurements so it arrives ready to use.

What printing method is used?

Your posters are printed using Canon UVgel technology. The UVgel inks cure instantly under LED light, creating a glossy, scratch-resistant surface that dries immediately. This gives a professional look that’s durable and ready to handle right away.

Can I order small quantities?

Yes, absolutely. You can order just one poster or hundreds, depending on your needs. We treat all jobs with the same care, whether it’s a single proof or a full campaign rollout.

What are the lead times?

If your artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, orders under $500 + GST are usually printed and dispatched the next business day. Jobs up to $1,000 + GST dispatch within two business days. For every extra $1,000 + GST, add one more business day to production. The exact dispatch date always appears in your account before checkout so you’ll know when it’s due to leave our factory.

Is lamination available?

No, we don’t laminate this product. The gloss finish already provides a protective layer and shine, and lamination would add unnecessary cost and make recycling harder. The print is waterproof and strong enough on its own.

Can I include multiple artwork sizes in one job?

Each job must have the same size and setup for every artwork file. If you need different sizes, you can set them up as separate jobs under the same order. This keeps our process fast and ensures perfect trimming every time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, it enters our automated system and begins production almost immediately. Because of this, we can’t make changes or cancellations after submission. Always double-check your details and artwork before checkout.

Do you offer split packing or delivery to multiple addresses?

No, each job is sent to a single delivery address. This keeps our workflow simple and ensures consistent turnaround times for all customers. If you need distribution to multiple locations, we can connect you with trusted 3PL partners who already handle this for other trade clients.

Can you help with artwork setup or design?

We don’t offer artwork setup or design because we only print for trade customers. However, our system automatically checks for common issues like missing bleed or incorrect trim boxes to help your file pass through quickly and without delays.

Do you offer trade accounts or prepayment only?

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off gloss synthetic poster orders?

No. Gloss synthetic poster orders must be placed using the finishes and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to alter print finishes or lead times for one-off requests. Gloss finishing follows specific production steps to ensure even coating, colour consistency, and proper curing, and our turnaround times are set to reflect that process. We do not offer manual shortcuts or off-system processing for individual jobs, as this affects consistency and quality control.
