Labels on Roll
Labels are supplied on 76mm cores and are available across a wide range of materials including White, Clear and Silver BOPP, as well as Paper stock. Depending on the material, indoor gloss and matt laminate options are available, as well as White ink for Clear and Silver stocks.
Labels are cut using accurate digital technology, producing clean edges with no visible white borders. All labels are delivered waste removed, making them ready to apply straight from the roll. You can choose between hand or machine application, with machine application offering control over label orientation on the roll.
Thanks to our advanced cutting capabilities, we can produce almost any custom die line you supply. This flexibility supports one of Australia's largest die libraries, giving you access to a wide selection of shapes and sizes without added setup costs.

Labels on Rolls
Our Labels on Rolls are printed on professional-grade materials and finished with precision-cut edges for smooth application and consistent roll presentation. Whether you’re producing branded packaging, barcodes, or product labels, they deliver clean, sharp results ready for use in automatic label applicators or by hand.
We print on a range of materials to suit your product and environment. Choose from White, Clear, or Silver BOPP for durable, waterproof labels or select Paper for a classic, cost-effective finish. All options are printed using high-resolution Durst UV ink technology for vibrant colour, crisp text, and long-lasting adhesion.
Designed for trade resellers, our system makes ordering simple. Upload your artwork, choose your roll direction, core size, and material, and receive consistent, production-ready labels every time. Whether you need 100 or 100,000 labels, every roll is printed, cut, and packed to the same exacting trade standard.

FAQ
The number of lanes your labels run across depends on the width of each label and how many cores fit across the press at once. Our system automatically sets this up for the most efficient production and pricing.
If your labels are wider, we run a single lane at 312 millimetres across, giving a maximum label width of 308 millimetres. For smaller labels, we can run multiple lanes side by side. Two lanes across fit labels up to 152 millimetres wide, three lanes up to 100 millimetres, four lanes up to 74 millimetres, five lanes up to 58 millimetres, and six lanes up to 48 millimetres.
Because the machine runs in fixed sets, the number of kinds per lot is locked to the number of cores being used. For example, if your job runs three cores across, you can order in multiples of three kinds such as 3, 6, 9, or 12 to maintain an even, efficient setup. This keeps production balanced, reduces waste, and ensures all labels are cut, wound, and packed consistently across the roll.
No. Labels on Roll orders must be placed using the materials, sizes, core options, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually process one-off requests outside of those options. Label production relies on tightly controlled workflows for press setup, finishing, slitting, and winding to ensure consistent registration, adhesive performance, and roll integrity across trade volumes. Our system settings reflect what can be produced accurately and reliably at scale, and we do not have a workaround for bypassing those rules for individual jobs. If you regularly require a different label specification in volume or see broader customer demand, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.
We limit the number of artworks or kinds per Labels on Roll job to ensure the order can be processed reliably through our automated production and fulfilment systems. When offering free delivery, we must plan for a worst-case scenario in terms of the number of rolls produced and shipped, as each additional artwork can significantly increase handling, packing, and freight complexity. Our system and automated floor are designed to efficiently manage a defined number of artworks and rolls per job, and exceeding that threshold introduces production risk and delivery inconsistency. Where more kinds are required, orders must be split so they can be processed accurately and delivered reliably.
Labels on Roll are produced using fixed roll and lane configurations to suit our 312mm wide production stock, and each roll within a job must contain labels of the same size and shape so all rolls wind to the same diameter. If roll diameters vary, it can cause tension issues during weeding or winding and may lead to machine jams. As a result, certain quantities may require rounding up to fully populate the required number of lanes or rolls. We do not offer binning or splitting services, as this increases handling complexity and reduces reorder efficiency. In these cases, we recommend either selling the additional labels to your customer as added value, or having the order delivered to you so you can split quantities as required and retain remaining labels for future use.

Labels on Rolls Artwork Setup Guide
This guide outlines the required artwork setup and file preparation standards for Labels on Rolls, including colour mode, bleed, safe areas, trim box setup, font handling, and cut line requirements for standard and custom shapes. It also includes white ink setup guidelines for use on transparent or metallic label stocks, detailing correct spot colour naming, overprint behaviour, and separation checks. Following this guide ensures artwork is supplied print-ready and helps minimise cutting, registration, or production issues.
CMYK & White Ink Setup Example
This print ready file provides a visual example of how to correctly set up CMYK artwork with white ink for label printing on transparent or metallic stocks such as Clear BOPP. It demonstrates correct layer separation and white ink placement to help achieve opacity, colour accuracy, and consistent print results when white ink is required.
Silver BOPP Material Specification
Silver BOPP is a metallised polypropylene label stock with a high-gloss finish designed to create a premium metallic effect. It delivers crisp colour reproduction and strong durability, making it ideal for product labels that require impact, contrast, or a foil-like appearance. This stock is well suited to food and beverage, cosmetic, household, and promotional labelling where moisture resistance and long-term performance are required.
Matt Paper Material Specification
Matt Paper is a high-quality, woodfree label stock with a crisp matt white finish designed for applications where readability and a non-reflective surface are important. It offers excellent colour reproduction and is well suited to product labelling, logistics, and retail applications, including those requiring thermal transfer printing. This stock is ideal for indoor use and general-purpose labelling where durability beyond paper is not required.
Gloss White BOPP Material Specification
Gloss White BOPP is a durable polypropylene label stock with a bright white, high-gloss finish designed for applications requiring moisture resistance and long-term performance. It delivers excellent print clarity and colour vibrancy, conforms well to curved surfaces, and is ideal for product labels used in cosmetics, household chemicals, and other demanding environments where paper labels may not be suitable.
Matt Laminate Material Specification
Matt Lamination is a polypropylene over-laminate applied to labels to provide surface protection with a smooth, non-reflective finish. It reduces glare while helping protect printed labels from scuffing, moisture, and general handling. This laminate is well suited to labels applied to curved surfaces and is commonly used where a softer, premium matt appearance is preferred over high gloss.
Gloss Laminate Material Specification
Gloss Lamination is a clear BOPP over-laminate applied to labels to enhance durability and visual impact. It provides a high-gloss finish that improves colour vibrancy while protecting printed labels from moisture, scuffing, and general wear. This laminate is ideal for product labels that require added surface protection and a polished, premium appearance.
Clear BOPP Material Specification
Gloss Clear BOPP is a durable, transparent polypropylene label stock designed to create a premium “no-label look” effect. With a clear gloss finish and excellent conformity, it allows underlying packaging to show through while maintaining strong print definition. This stock is ideal for cosmetic, personal care, and product labels where moisture resistance, durability, and a clean, high-end appearance are required.
