What stock is used?

Our Synthetic Posters are printed on a special 200gsm Yupo polypropylene material. This stock looks and feels like paper but is far stronger. It will not tear or go soggy like paper if it gets a bit wet. The surface is smooth and bright, which helps the colours pop and stay sharp for longer. It’s the perfect choice when you want your poster to last a little longer than standard paper, especially in places where people might touch it or where the air is humid.

Can they be used outdoors?

Yes, these posters can be used in short-term outdoor or semi-outdoor areas. They are waterproof and won’t fall apart when they get damp, making them ideal for covered outdoor spots such as bus shelters, shop entrances, and building foyers. However, because sunlight and weather can eventually cause wear, we suggest using them outdoors only for a few weeks at a time, or longer if they are under cover and out of direct rain or harsh sun.

Are double-sided prints available?

No, we don’t offer double-sided printing on this product. Synthetic Posters are printed on one side only, as the reverse side of the material isn’t made to hold ink. This keeps print quality sharp and colours vibrant on the front surface where it matters most.

What is the maximum size I can order?

We can print up to 1200 millimetres wide and 2400 millimetres long, giving you plenty of room to work with for large retail displays or event signage. You can also order smaller custom sizes to match your exact frame or display needs. Everything is printed to size so you don’t have to trim or cut anything yourself.

What printing method is used?

Your posters are printed using Canon UVgel technology on our large format machines. The ink cures instantly under light, which means the prints are dry as soon as they come off the press. The result is smooth, matte colour that looks professional and stays bright over time. This process also helps the poster resist scratches and makes it more durable when handled or installed.

Can I order small quantities?

Yes, you can order as few or as many as you need. Some customers only want one or two posters for a small job, while others order hundreds for a nationwide promotion. We treat every order the same and keep pricing fair for trade partners, with better value on larger runs.

What are the lead times?

If your artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, jobs under $500 + GST are usually printed and dispatched the next business day. Orders up to $1,000 + GST are dispatched within two business days. For every additional $1,000 + GST in order value, add one extra business day to production. The exact dispatch date will always appear in your account before checkout so you’ll know when to expect your posters.

Is lamination available?

No, lamination is not needed for this product. The synthetic material is already waterproof and tough enough for most uses. Lamination would only add unnecessary cost and make recycling harder. If you need extra durability, you can always mount the poster in a protective frame or behind clear acrylic.

Can I include multiple artwork sizes in one job?

Each job must be the same size for every artwork file you upload. This helps our automated machines print and cut accurately and keeps your cost down. If you have different sizes, you can simply set them up as separate jobs under the same order. It’s quick and easy to do this through your trade account.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is submitted it moves straight into our production system and usually starts printing within minutes. Because of that we can’t change or cancel it afterwards. Before you check out, you’ll always see a reminder to double-check your artwork, quantity, and delivery address to make sure everything is right.

Do you offer split packing or delivery to multiple addresses?

We only send each job to one delivery address. This keeps our process fast and helps everyone get consistent turnaround times. If you need posters sent to more than one location, we recommend using a third-party logistics company. We can suggest trusted partners who already handle shipping for many of our trade customers.

Can you help with artwork setup or design?

We don’t offer design services, as we only print for trade customers who already supply ready-to-print artwork. Having our own design team would compete with our resellers. We do, however, use automatic file checks that help flag common issues like missing bleed or incorrect trim boxes, so most small errors are picked up before printing starts.

Do you offer trade accounts or is prepayment required?

All orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Trade accounts are only offered to resellers who reach a certain spend level and maintain good payment history. This helps us keep our prices low for everyone and ensures reliable trading relationships with our top customers.

Do you guarantee delivery times or dispatch dates?

We always aim to meet or beat the dates shown in your account. More than ninety-nine percent of our jobs are printed and dispatched on or before the scheduled day. While we can’t control courier delays once the job leaves our factory, we work closely with our freight partners to keep things running smoothly and predictable.

Can I get a sample before ordering a large run?

Yes, you can order a small sample first to check the colours, finish, and durability. This is a great idea if you’re planning a large campaign or using the material for the first time. Our minimum order size is low, so it’s an easy way to make sure you and your customer are happy before committing to a full batch.

Why does pricing change in steps instead of increasing evenly with quantity?

Synthetic Poster pricing follows a true cost, linear metre based production model rather than square metre pricing. Synthetic media is printed in continuous lengths, and multiple posters can often fit across the width of the material before additional linear metres are required. This means pricing may remain the same across certain quantity ranges and then increase only when an additional row or length of material is needed. This method accurately reflects material consumption, print and finishing time, and waste, providing fair and predictable pricing. Compared to averaged pricing models, this approach delivers clearer cost alignment and more consistent margins for resellers.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off synthetic poster orders?

No. Synthetic poster orders must be submitted using the material options and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off variations outside of those settings. This product relies on defined production workflows to ensure durability, moisture resistance, and consistent print quality, and our scheduling depends on those system rules to deliver predictable turnaround across trade orders. We do not offer a manual override for individual jobs, as this introduces variability and production risk. If you have feedback based on repeat usage, ongoing volume, or wider customer need, we welcome that input for long-term review.
