It offers more resistance to dents and damage compared to foam core, while still being flexible enough to bend slightly, making it easier to transport and install. Unlike some other substrates, Foamed PVC has a high tolerance to heat, making it well suited for use in environments that experience warmer temperatures, especially during summer.

Common applications include point-of-sale displays, reception signage, exhibition panels, headers, and other presentation or branding materials. Foamed PVC can be supplied in custom sizes and shapes up to 2400mm x 1200mm, with a range of finishing options.

Our Foamed PVC – Print Only signage offers a premium indoor solution for professional displays. Made from FOREX®Lite 3mm Foamed PVC, it combines an ultra-smooth matte white surface with excellent dimensional stability and print performance. This lightweight material is ideal for retail signage, exhibitions, POS displays, and interior branding.

Each sheet is precision-cut to size and printed using matt UV-cured inks for lasting colour vibrancy. We only offer 3mm thickness and single-sided printing, ensuring consistency and optimal results for indoor environments.

What is the largest size for Foamed PVC Signs?

The maximum sheet size is 2400mm x 1200mm. Custom sizes smaller than this can be ordered but must remain rectangular.

Can Foamed PVC be used outdoors?

No. This product is designed for indoor use only. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture may affect surface quality.

What shapes can you cut for Foamed PVC Signs?

We can cut a wide range of simple shapes to suit your design, including standard rectangles, circles, and contour cuts around artwork. We define simple shape cutting as simple convex shape cutting (up to 5 points) rather than fully freeform or concave shapes. This ensures clean edges and consistent accuracy across all Foamed PVC signage.

Is Foamed PVC suitable for long-term display?

Yes. FOREX®Lite has excellent dimensional stability, making it ideal for medium to long-term indoor displays.

How should I clean or maintain my Foamed PVC signs?

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using solvents or abrasive cleaners that may dull the surface.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please check artwork carefully before confirming.

Do you offer accounts, or is prepayment required?

All orders require prepayment unless you hold an approved Mediapoint trade account. Accounts are available for resellers with over $20,000 annual spend and strong payment history.

Can I get a sample before a large order?

Yes. We recommend ordering a small sample to confirm print quality and surface finish before proceeding with a large production run. Please note, if a sample is not taken out on orders over $1000 we will not be able to offer any recourse if there are any issues.

What is the print finish?

All Foamed PVC signs are printed using UV-cured inks with a smooth matte finish for a professional, non-glare appearance.

What are the turnaround times?

If artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, production is typically one business day for orders under $1,000 + GST. Past that point, each $2,000+GST adds a business day to the lead time.

How should I install my Foamed PVC signs?

Foamed PVC signs can be installed using adhesives, mounting frames, or screw fixings depending on your application. Avoid bending or flexing the panels during installation.

Why does pricing change in steps instead of increasing evenly with quantity?

Foamed PVC Print Only pricing is calculated using a true cost, sheet based production model rather than linear square metre pricing. Sheets are produced and printed in full formats, so pricing may remain unchanged across certain quantity thresholds and then increase only when an additional sheet is required. This approach reflects the actual cost of substrate usage, print time, handling, and waste, ensuring fair and transparent pricing. Compared to square metre pricing, which can create hidden inefficiencies and cost recovery elsewhere, this model delivers predictable pricing and more reliable margins for trade customers.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off Foamed PVC Print Only orders?

No. Foamed PVC Print Only orders must be placed using the sizes, print options, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make one-off changes outside of those settings. This product is produced using standardised workflows to ensure consistent quality, accurate pricing, and reliable lead times, and we do not have a manual process to override the system for individual jobs. If you see an opportunity based on ongoing volume, repeat customer demand, or a long-term improvement to the range, we welcome that feedback for future consideration.
