Corrugated plastic, also called coreflute or fluted plastic, is a twin-wall polypropylene sheet with a hollow fluted core: rigid, light and water-resistant. Corrugated Plastic with Eyelets is printed on one or both sides and supplied with clear polypropylene eyelets already fitted, so signs arrive ready to cable-tie, hook, rope or screw in place, with no drilling, framing or extra finishing.
Use them for fence and site signage, real estate boards, election signs, events and retail promotions, and anywhere a sign is read from both sides. Outdoors, expect around 12–24 months before fading shows. Indoors, they last much longer.
Eyelets are placed by an automated finishing process for consistent, repeatable results. Choose from the preset layouts shown when you order. Custom eyelet positions and custom shapes aren't available, so every sign is a rectangle.

Our production workflows are built to deliver consistent quality, accurate pricing, and reliable lead times across trade volumes, and we do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual jobs. Pricing for Corrugated Plastic with Eyelets is based on a true cost, sheet based production model rather than estimated square metre pricing. Sheets are produced and finished in full sheet runs, with eyelets added as a secondary process, so pricing may remain the same across certain quantity ranges and then increase only when an additional sheet or production run is required. This reflects the real cost of materials, finishing, handling, and waste, ensuring transparent and accurate pricing with no hidden cross subsidies. Compared to square metre pricing models, which can create inconsistencies and inflated costs, this approach provides predictable pricing and supports stronger, more consistent margins for resellers, particularly on well optimised layouts.
We print on 2400mm and 1800mm corrugated plastic sheets, with the flutes running along the 2400mm or 1800mm edge. When your size fits on the sheet either way, you can choose Horizontal, Vertical or Varied. Varied lets us mix flute directions within the order to fit the most signs on each sheet, which keeps the cost down. If the signs need to match, for example all with vertical flutes, choose that direction.
