Do you laminate Smooth Dot Stickers?

No, we don’t laminate this product. Smooth Dot Stickers are printed with UVgel technology, which produces a tough, scratch-resistant surface suitable for indoor use. What’s the turnaround time?

The standard turnaround time is two business days for orders up to $1,000 + GST, once artwork is approved before the daily cut-off. For every additional $1,000 + GST, please allow one extra business day. This ensures our production stays fair and consistent for all trade customers. You’ll always see your estimated dispatch date automatically when placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our production system is automated and jobs enter the queue within minutes of approval. Please make sure your artwork and order details are final before submitting. You’ll get a confirmation prompt before checkout to double-check everything is correct.

Do you offer split packing or multiple delivery addresses?

We only deliver each job to one address. This keeps our workflow efficient and helps maintain trade pricing. If you need to send items to multiple locations, we recommend using a third-party logistics provider (3PL) who can handle the split deliveries for you. We can refer you to reliable partners if needed.

Can you help with artwork setup or design?

We don’t provide artwork or design services because we operate purely as a trade printer. However, our system automatically checks files for common setup issues such as missing bleed, incorrect trim boxes, or scaling errors. This helps your job move through production smoothly and avoids delays.

Do you offer trade accounts or is prepayment required?

All orders are prepaid unless you have an approved trade account. Trade accounts are available for resellers with a strong credit record and an annual spend of over $20,000. Once your order history meets this threshold, we can assess your eligibility through our credit partner. This keeps our pricing competitive for all trade customers.

Do you guarantee production or delivery times?

We consistently dispatch over 99% of orders on time, based on our automated production schedule. While courier delivery times can vary, our internal production targets are extremely reliable. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll always communicate quickly and work to minimise any delay.

Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, we encourage you to order a small sample before committing to a large run. This lets you test the look, feel, and removability of the material on your desired surface. Our minimum order cost is low, making it easy to check quality and ensure the product suits your customer’s needs before printing in bulk.

Why does pricing change in steps instead of increasing evenly with quantity?

Smooth Dot Reusable sticker pricing is calculated using a true cost, linear metre production model rather than per-unit pricing. Stickers are produced in rows across the width of the material, and multiple units can often fit within the same linear metre before an additional length is required. This means pricing may remain unchanged as quantities increase and then step up only when an extra row or metre of material is needed. This approach accurately reflects the cost of specialty materials, printing, finishing, and waste, ensuring transparent pricing with no averaged assumptions. The result is predictable pricing and improved margin consistency for resellers who optimise layouts effectively.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off Smooth Dot Reusable sticker orders?

No. Smooth Dot Reusable sticker orders must be placed using the finishes and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually process one-off requests outside of those options. This product is produced using defined workflows to ensure consistent dot adhesive performance, clean application, and reliable removability, and our turnaround times are set to reflect that process. We do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual orders, as it compromises production consistency. If you regularly require alternative configurations in volume or identify broader customer demand, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.
