Paper Labels on Roll are a versatile option for a wide range of indoor applications, including packaging, product branding, and retail labeling. The stock features a smooth matt finish that provides a soft, natural look, while the UV inks are printed with a crisp, gloss finish to deliver vibrant colours and sharp details.

With 1200dpi resolution and a 2 picoliter drop size, even the smallest elements remain clear and legible. These labels are best suited for short to medium-term use in dry, indoor environments.

Labels are cut with precision using digital technology, producing clean edges with no visible white borders. They are delivered waste removed and ready to apply straight from the roll. You can choose between hand or machine application, with machine application allowing you to select the label orientation that best suits your setup.

Thanks to our advanced cutting technology, we can produce almost any custom die line you supply. This flexibility has enabled us to build one of Australia's largest die libraries, giving you access to a wide range of shapes and sizes without added setup costs. All labels are supplied on 76mm cores.

Please note that lamination and white ink are not available for this stock.

Paper Labels on Roll

Our Paper Labels on Rolls are designed for cost-effective, high-quality indoor labelling. Printed on premium coated paper stock, they deliver sharp detail and strong colour reproduction, ideal for retail, packaging, food, and general product labelling.

Each label is printed using high-resolution Durst Tau RSC UV technology, producing vibrant results with a smooth satin finish. While paper labels are not waterproof, they offer an excellent choice for dry indoor applications where a natural paper look is preferred.

Every job is finished on a 76 mm core with consistent roll tension and edge alignment, making them easy to handle for both hand and machine application.

Eco-Friendly Choice

Paper Labels are a naturally sustainable option for short-term or indoor use. Made from recyclable paper stock and printed using low-VOC UV inks in our solar-powered facility, they offer a cleaner, greener alternative to synthetic labels. Once finished, they can be easily recycled through standard paper streams — making them ideal for brands that value environmentally responsible packaging without compromising print quality.

Easy to Peel and Apply

Each label is kiss-cut cleanly so the backing liner stays intact, making peeling fast and simple. This precision finish helps speed up both hand and automated application while keeping rolls tidy and consistent.

Supplied on Rolls

All Paper Labels are delivered on neatly wound rolls ready for use. They’re aligned for clean feeding through automatic applicators or can be easily peeled by hand. You can select unwind direction and core settings to suit your workflow if selecting machine applied option.

Sustainability

Low-VOC UV Printing

All Paper Labels are printed using low-VOC UV inks cured with LED lamps. This environmentally friendly process reduces emissions while maintaining vivid, durable print quality.

Solar-Powered Production

Our facility in Melbourne operates on a 99 kW solar system that powers most of our daytime production. Every order contributes to lower carbon emissions and more sustainable printing.

Fully Recyclable Paper Stock

Paper Labels are made from recyclable materials and can be disposed of through standard paper recycling streams. This makes them a responsible choice for short-term indoor promotions and packaging.

Locally Printed in Australia

All Paper Labels are printed locally in Melbourne, reducing freight distances and supporting Australian manufacturing. Local production means faster turnaround and fewer transport emissions.

FAQ

This product uses a coated paper label stock designed for bright, high-resolution colour reproduction. It’s ideal for indoor packaging and product labels where a smooth, natural finish is preferred.
No. Paper labels are not waterproof and are best suited for dry, indoor applications. If you need labels for chilled or outdoor use, our BOPP range offers a moisture-resistant alternative.
Yes. We can cut simple shapes like circles, ovals, or rounded rectangles. Complex or highly detailed shapes are not supported, as they may lift or tear during application.
Yes. When you choose the machine-applied option during checkout, rolls are produced with precise edge alignment and consistent tension for smooth automatic application.
No. We don’t offer set quantities per roll. Jobs are printed as one continuous run and split automatically. To receive smaller rolls, you can submit multiple kinds.
Orders under $2,000 + GST are usually dispatched within two business days. Each additional $1,000 adds around one extra business day. Your dispatch date is always shown before checkout.
Yes. Trade accounts are available for print resellers who meet our volume and reliability criteria. All other orders can be placed online through the portal.
Yes. More than 99 percent of jobs leave our factory on or before the scheduled date. Our production system ensures consistent turnaround.
Once your job enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your artwork and order details carefully before submitting.

Paper labels are produced using fixed lane configurations, and all rolls in a job must have identical label dimensions so they wind evenly and finish at the same diameter. This ensures reliable weeding, winding, and packing without production issues. In some cases, this means quantities need to be increased to suit the required number of rolls. We do not offer binning or splitting services, so where exact quantities are required, we recommend having the labels delivered to you to divide and reuse remaining stock on future orders.

No. Paper label orders must be placed using the paper stocks, finishes, and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off changes outside of those settings. Paper labels are produced using structured workflows to ensure consistent print quality, die cutting accuracy, and reliable roll winding, and our scheduling depends on those defined processes to deliver predictable turnaround across trade volumes. We do not offer a manual workaround for processing off-system paper label requests, as it affects consistency and delivery commitments. If you regularly require a different paper specification in volume or see sustained customer demand, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.

Paper label orders are limited in the number of artworks per job to ensure they can be processed smoothly through our automated production and dispatch workflows. Each artwork increases roll output and handling requirements, which affects production stability and freight planning. To maintain consistent turnaround and delivery reliability, our system enforces defined limits, with more complex jobs needing to be split into separate orders.
