Labels are cut using precise digital technology, resulting in clean edges. They are delivered waste removed, so they’re ready to apply straight from the roll. You can choose between hand or machine application, with machine application allowing you to select the label orientation that best suits your setup.

Thanks to our advanced cutting technology, we can produce almost any custom die line you supply. This flexibility has enabled us to build one of Australia's largest die libraries, giving you access to a huge range of shapes and sizes without added setup costs. All labels are supplied on 76mm cores.

What stock is used for this product?

This product is printed exclusively on Clear BOPP film, a strong, transparent polypropylene that’s waterproof and tear-resistant. It’s ideal for clear containers and packaging where you want a see-through or no-label look.

Do you print white ink on Clear BOPP?

Yes. We can print a solid, even layer of white ink behind colours to keep them bright and opaque on clear surfaces when selected. The white can be used under full artwork or selectively for special design effects.

Are Clear BOPP labels waterproof?

Yes. The polypropylene material is completely waterproof and performs well in chilled or humid conditions. It’s perfect for refrigerated packaging, cosmetic bottles, or beverage labels.

Can I order custom shapes?

Yes. We can cut simple shapes such as circles, ovals, or rounded rectangles. Complex shapes with sharp corners or tight points aren’t supported, as they may lift or catch during peeling.

What are the lead times?

Orders under $2,000 + GST are usually dispatched within two business days. Larger jobs add around one business day for every additional $1,000. You’ll always see your dispatch date before checkout.

Can I request rolls with set quantities?

No. We don’t offer fixed quantities per roll. Each job is printed as one continuous run and split automatically. The only way to receive smaller rolls is to submit multiple kinds through our system, which will create separate roll batches.

Can I choose my unwind direction and core size?

Yes. You can select unwind direction and a 76mm core option during quoting via the machine applied option so your rolls feed smoothly into your equipment. The handwork applied option will dictate the orientation and core size based on best yield.

Are these suitable for automatic applicators?

Yes. When you select the machine-applied settings during checkout, each roll is produced to precise tolerances for automatic label applicators. We control the roll tension, edge alignment, and winding direction so they feed smoothly and apply cleanly without lifting or misalignment. The rolls are ready to load straight into your machine with no extra setup required.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. Trade accounts are available for resellers who meet our monthly spend and reliability requirements. Otherwise, all orders are prepaid through the portal.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once a job enters production, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your artwork and order details before confirming.

Do you guarantee dispatch times?

Yes. We meet or exceed our listed turnaround times for more than 99% of jobs. While courier delays can occur, our production scheduling is consistent and reliable.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off clear BOPP label orders?

No. Clear BOPP label orders must be submitted using the materials, print options, and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off variations outside of those options. Clear labels require controlled production steps to maintain clarity, ink density, and consistent adhesive performance, and our workflows are structured to deliver reliable results across trade volumes. We do not offer off-system processing for individual clear BOPP jobs, as it introduces variability and quality risk. If you have feedback driven by repeat usage or sustained customer demand, we welcome that input for future consideration.

Why is there a limit on the number of artworks or kinds per job?

Clear BOPP label orders are restricted in the number of artworks per job to ensure stable production and predictable delivery outcomes. Transparent materials require tighter production control, and increasing artwork count directly increases roll handling and freight complexity. Our system limits artworks so jobs can be processed efficiently through automated workflows, with larger or more varied requirements needing to be split across multiple orders.

Why are roll quantities structured rather than fully custom?

Clear BOPP labels must be produced with identical size and shape across all rolls in a job so roll diameters remain consistent during winding and finishing. To achieve this, we configure jobs to fully utilise available lanes across the stock width, which can result in stepped quantity increases. We do not offer binning or roll splitting services, as this introduces handling risk and inefficiency. Where precise quantities are required, we recommend taking delivery and distributing labels manually, while retaining excess stock for future campaigns.
