Large Format Stickers are a bold and flexible way to showcase branding, messaging, or promotional content across a variety of surfaces. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, these stickers can be supplied in either square-cut or custom-cut shapes to suit your artwork and usage needs.

Commonly used for retail window graphics, wall decals, point-of-sale signage, equipment branding, or packaging labels, Large Format Stickers are printed on high-quality vinyl stocks that are water-resistant and designed for short to medium-term outdoor use. The available size range spans from 50 x 50mm right up to 1300 x 10000mm, making them suitable for anything from small promotional stickers to full-size display graphics.

Printed using UV Gel technology, these stickers offer strong colour performance and fade resistance. For added protection and a choice of finish, gloss or matt lamination is available.

What cutting shapes are available?

We offer simple shape cutting for this product. That means we can cut clean circles, ovals, squares, rectangles with rounded corners, or straightforward outlines around your design. This ensures neat results while keeping production fast and consistent. More complex or intricate shapes aren’t supported for Large Format Stickers, as they require slower cutting and and we cannot keep a high quality cut with our tooling. Keeping the shapes simple ensures every sticker peels and applies smoothly with clean, professional edges.

What materials can I choose from?

We offer a range of premium vinyl materials suited for different surfaces and conditions. Choose from monomeric vinyl for short-term or indoor use, or polymeric vinyl for stronger, longer-lasting outdoor applications. Finishes include gloss or matte, as well as removable and high-tack adhesives depending on your needs. Some of our most popular options include Avery 3300 Gloss White Permanent, Avery 3302 Gloss White Removable, Orajet 3162 Matte Removable, Orajet 3165 Clear Permanent, Orajet 3651 Gloss Polymeric Permanent, and Orajet 3554 High-Tack Matte for rough surfaces. Each vinyl is printed with high-quality UV-cured inks that deliver bright colour and long life even under Australian weather conditions. Can these stickers be laminated?

Yes, lamination is available and strongly recommended for any stickers that will be used outdoors or need extra durability. You can choose between gloss or matte finishes depending on the look you want. Gloss laminate enhances colours and adds a reflective finish, while matte provides a softer look and reduces glare. Lamination also protects against UV fading, scratches, and cleaning chemicals, extending the life of your print. If you’re ordering clear vinyl stickers or overlays, laminate is essential to protect the ink and improve visibility.

What’s the turnaround time?

For Large Format Stickers, the standard turnaround time is two business days for orders up to $1,000 + GST, once artwork is approved before the daily cut-off. For every additional $1,000 + GST, please allow one extra business day. This structured schedule keeps production fair and predictable for all trade customers, helping us maintain consistent, on-time dispatch across every order. You can see your estimated dispatch date automatically when placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our system sends jobs straight into the automated queue within minutes to keep turnaround times fast. Please check your artwork and order details carefully before confirming. You’ll always get a final warning at checkout to make sure everything’s correct before we start production.

Do you offer split packing or multiple delivery addresses?

We deliver each job to one address only. This helps us maintain fast, efficient production and trade pricing. If you need an order sent to multiple addresses, we recommend using a third-party logistics partner who can split and distribute for you. We can suggest trusted providers who specialise in this type of fulfilment.

Can you help with artwork setup or design?

We don’t offer artwork setup or design services because we’re a trade-only printer. Our focus is production, not design. However, our system automatically checks for common file problems like missing bleed or trim boxes, helping your job move smoothly through prepress. This ensures files print accurately and without delays.

Do you offer trade accounts or is prepayment required?

All orders are prepaid unless you have an approved trade account. Trade accounts are available for resellers who meet certain criteria, including an annual spend above $20,000 and a strong credit record. Once you reach that level and have a consistent order history, we’ll review your eligibility through our credit partner. This approach helps us keep pricing competitive for all trade customers.

Do you guarantee production or delivery times?

We aim to meet or exceed every listed turnaround time. While courier delivery is outside our control, our internal production runs at over 99% on-time dispatch. If something unexpected happens, we’ll always communicate quickly and do our best to minimise any delays.

Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, absolutely. If you’re planning a large run or testing new material, it’s a good idea to order a small production sample first. This lets you confirm colour, finish, and adhesive strength before committing to a full order. Our minimum order cost is low, making it easy to test before scaling up.

Why does pricing change in steps instead of increasing evenly with quantity?

Large Format Sticker pricing is based on a true cost, linear metre production model rather than a per-unit or square metre estimate. These stickers are produced in continuous runs across the width of the material, and multiple stickers can often be nested across the roll before an additional linear metre is required. As quantities increase, pricing may remain the same until the next full row or length of material is needed, at which point it steps up. This reflects the real cost of material usage, printing time, laminating, cutting, and waste, ensuring transparent pricing with no hidden cross subsidies. Compared to per-unit pricing models, this approach delivers more predictable costs and better margins for resellers, particularly when layouts are well optimised across the width of the stock.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off large format sticker orders?

No. Large format sticker orders must be placed using the materials, laminates, sizes, and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off variations outside of those options. This product follows defined print and finishing workflows to ensure consistent adhesion, clean trimming, and predictable handling for installation, and our scheduling depends on those system settings to maintain reliable lead times. We do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual jobs, as it introduces variability and production risk. If you regularly require a different configuration in volume or see sustained demand across customers, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a future system enhancement.
