Polypropylene - Print Only

24 Hour Production
24 Hour Production
Polypropylene is a highly durable outdoor signage material that resists heat, wear, and the elements, making it a reliable choice for OHS and site safety boards. Made from condensed propylene, this solid-core stock is the same base material used in Corflute, but is heavier per square metre and less rigid. Unlike Corflute’s fluted texture, Polypropylene has an exceptionally smooth surface, delivering outstanding print quality with sharp, legible results ideal for long-lasting, high-visibility signage.

Polypropylene is available in custom sizes and shapes up to 2400mm x 1200mm, with a range of finishing options. Please follow the link below for pricing, or contact us for more information. You can also explore answers to frequently asked questions below.

Each job must be one size. Multiple sizes can be submitted as separate jobs in one checkout.
Each job must include only one size to ensure precision and automation efficiency. If you need multiple sizes, submit each as a separate job, you can still place all jobs in one order for easy checkout. This keeps production consistent and reliable.
We can cut a range of simple shapes to suit your artwork, including rectangles, circles, and smooth contour outlines. We define simple shape cutting as basic convex cuts with up to five points — rather than fully freeform, intricate, or concave shapes. This ensures clean, consistent results when routing polypropylene sheets.
Each job for Polypropylene Signs must include only one size. However, you can upload multiple artworks for that same size. If you need additional sizes, simply submit them as separate jobs. You can still place multiple jobs in a single order for convenience. Our automated printing and cutting systems are calibrated for one consistent size per job to maintain speed, precision, and quality control.

Polypropylene Print Only pricing is based on a true cost, sheet driven production model rather than estimated square metre pricing. Sheets are printed in full formats, so pricing may stay consistent as quantities increase and only step up when an additional sheet is required. This approach reflects the real cost of substrate usage, print setup, handling, and waste, ensuring fair and accurate pricing. Compared to square metre pricing, which can lead to uneven cost recovery, this model provides predictable pricing and more consistent margins for trade customers.

No. Polypropylene Print Only orders can only be processed using the print options and turnaround times displayed in our system, and we’re unable to make exceptions for one-off jobs. Our production processes are built for scale and consistency, and individual manual overrides are not available. If there is a repeated requirement or broader demand that could benefit multiple customers, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a system update.
