Unlike traditional offset posters, our Paper Posters are digitally printed and not limited by standard sizing. We can produce square or rectangle posters up to 1200mm wide and 2400mm long, allowing for complete flexibility with your design and layout.
Posters are best displayed on interior walls or within frames, and should only be used in dry environments to maintain print quality.

Paper Poster pricing is based on a true cost, linear metre production model rather than per-unit or square metre estimates. Posters are printed in continuous runs across the width of the paper stock, and depending on the poster size, multiple units can often be positioned across the roll before an additional linear metre is required. As quantities increase, pricing may remain unchanged until the next full row or length of material is needed, at which point it steps up. This approach reflects the actual cost of paper usage, printing time, finishing, and waste handling, ensuring transparent pricing with no hidden cross subsidies. It also rewards efficient artwork layouts and delivers more predictable pricing for trade customers.
No. Paper poster orders must be placed using the paper stocks, sizes, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually process one-off requests outside of those options. Paper posters are produced using structured print and finishing workflows to ensure consistent colour reproduction, accurate trimming, and reliable scheduling across trade volumes, and our system reflects what can be delivered efficiently and repeatably. We do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual jobs, even for minor changes, as this impacts production flow and delivery commitments. If you regularly require a different paper stock or specification in volume, or see broader customer demand, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.
