Yellow Corflute® - Print Only
Yellow Corflute® safety signs for construction sites, warehouses, factories, roadworks and events, printed single-sided on 5mm Australian-made Corex Corflute® in a bold high-vis yellow. Cut to any size up to 2400mm x 1200mm, they're the go-to board for warning signs, caution signs, site safety signs and temporary hazard notices.
Black artwork on the yellow board gives the strongest contrast, which is why black-on-yellow is the usual look for warning and caution signs. Print is UV-cured CMYK with no white ink, so colours mix with the yellow board: black text, symbols and simple graphics work best. Danger signs normally use a red, black and white layout, so print those on white Corflute® Print Only instead. Your client is responsible for the sign wording and any standards their site has to meet.
It's one of the most economical boards we print, priced by the sheet at live trade rates, with 1 business day production on jobs up to $1,000 + GST approved before the 1pm cut-off. Outdoors, expect around 12–24 months before fading shows; indoors, it lasts much longer.

Yellow Corflute® is most commonly used for high-visibility safety signage where clear, immediate messaging matters more than colour accuracy: warning and caution signs, construction and site safety notices, temporary hazards, roadworks and event safety, and directional signs. The bright yellow board grabs attention from a distance, and black text and symbols give the strongest contrast.
Danger signs usually use a red, black and white layout, so print those on white Corflute® Print Only instead.
Yellow Corflute® is printed using CMYK inks only, and white ink is not available on this product. Because the base material is yellow, colours such as cyan, magenta, and lighter tones will visually mix with the substrate and may appear muted, washed out, or altered from on-screen previews. For the clearest and most reliable results, we strongly recommend black-only artwork, which provides maximum contrast and readability on the yellow background.
White ink is not offered on Yellow Corflute® because it would require a different print workflow, additional ink layers, and slower production speeds that fall outside this product’s streamlined, trade-focused production model. Yellow Corflute® is intentionally positioned as a simple, cost-effective print-only option, and adding white ink would significantly increase complexity, cost, and turnaround time.
While CMYK printing is technically available, full-colour artwork is not recommended on Yellow Corflute®. Without a white ink base, all colours are affected by the yellow substrate, which can significantly alter colour appearance and reduce contrast. Customers are responsible for approving artwork with this limitation in mind, and we recommend restricting designs to black text, icons, and simple graphics for best results.
The maximum sheet size for Yellow Corflute® is 2400mm × 1200mm, which represents a full Corex Corflute® sheet. Custom sizes can be produced within this sheet size, allowing flexibility for both small and large signage requirements.
No. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters an automated production workflow and cannot be changed or cancelled. Jobs are often queued for prepress or printing within minutes of submission. Please ensure artwork, sizes, quantities, and design suitability for the yellow substrate are reviewed carefully before checkout.
No. Yellow Corflute® is supplied as a print-only product and does not include lamination or additional coatings. The UV-cured inks used in production provide sufficient durability for typical short- to medium-term applications without the need for extra finishing.
Yellow Corflute® is designed for short- to medium-term outdoor use. Under typical Australian conditions, the substrate will generally perform for approximately 12–24 months, depending on UV exposure, installation method, wind load, and overall environmental conditions. Indoor use can significantly extend the life of the signage.
No. Each Yellow Corflute® job can include one size only, although multiple artworks can be supplied for that same size. If you require additional sizes, these must be submitted as separate jobs. This structure allows our prepress, printing, and finishing systems to remain optimised for speed, accuracy, and reliability. We do not accept multiple cut outs on one sheet.
No. Yellow Corflute® is single-sided only. For double-sided signs, order Corrugated Plastic Print Only.
Pricing is calculated using a true-cost, sheet-based production model, not estimated square-metre pricing. Yellow Corflute® signs are produced in full sheet runs, so pricing may remain the same across certain quantity ranges and then increase only when an additional sheet is required. This approach reflects actual material usage, processing, and waste handling costs, providing transparent and predictable pricing for trade customers.
No. Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex Australia. Mediapoint has permission from Corex to use the name when referring to the board we print on, but this does not extend to resellers. When marketing or reselling, use generic terms such as corrugated plastic signs or corrugated PP board.

Our Corflute® sheets are 2400 × 1200mm, with the flutes running along the 2400mm length. When your size fits on the sheet either way, you can choose Horizontal, Vertical or Varied. Varied lets us mix flute directions within the order to fit the most signs on each sheet, which keeps the cost down. If the signs need to match, choose that direction.
If artwork is approved before the daily 1pm cut-off, orders up to $1,000 + GST get 1 business day production. Larger orders add a business day for each additional $2,000 + GST. The dates shown in our system are production dates, based on capacity when you order.
