Standee

Our Standees are full-size printed displays designed to grab attention in retail, event, and promotional spaces. Printed directly onto various options using UV technology, they deliver vibrant, photo-quality colour on a smooth matte surface. Each standee is lightweight, rigid, and easy to set up giving your customers a professional presentation piece that stands on its own.

Every Standee includes a foldable backing strut that locks into place, so the display stays upright and stable without any additional hardware. They’re ideal for in-store promotions, trade shows, shopping centre displays, and event photo boards.

Because they’re made from recyclable screenboard, Standees are a sustainable and high-impact solution for visual marketing, combining strong print quality with simple, eco-friendly construction.

Ready to Display

Each Standee includes a pre-attached backing strut that folds out and locks in seconds. There’s no need for extra stands, tape, or assembly tools it’s ready to go straight out of the box. This makes setup fast and hassle-free for store staff, event teams, and installers.

Strong and Self-Standing

Made from 2 mm Screenboard, our Standees are light enough to move easily yet rigid enough to stand tall and straight. The material holds its shape beautifully, keeping large cutouts upright without bending or wobbling. This gives your display a professional, confident look while still being simple to handle, pack, and recycle after use.

Perfect for Exhibitions and Events

Designed for trade shows, retail activations, and event spaces, our Standees make a strong first impression. The smooth UV-printed surface ensures your brand colours stay bold and consistent under bright lighting. Each standee is light enough to move easily between locations yet rigid enough to stand tall throughout multi-day events. When you need a display that looks professional, travels well, and sets up in seconds, this is the ideal choice for exhibitions.

Sustainability

Fully Recyclable Construction Option

Our Standees in certain configurations like 2mm Screenboard, a paper-based stock that can be fully recycled through standard paper recycling streams. The supporting struts are also made from recyclable cardboard, creating a display that’s strong, lightweight, and sustainable from start to finish. When the promotion ends, both the standee and its backing can be easily flattened and placed in regular paper recycling, helping reduce waste without any special handling.

Solar-Powered Printing

Our Derrimut facility runs on a 99 kW solar power system that generates most of our energy needs during the day. Every job produced helps reduce reliance on traditional power sources and lowers our carbon footprint. By using clean, renewable energy to power our UV printers and finishing equipment, we’re able to print high-quality products in a way that supports a more sustainable future for the industry.

Low-VOC UV Printing

Printed using our low-VOC, Greenguard-certified Durst UV inks, each job is produced under LED curing for minimal emissions. This process delivers cleaner production and long-lasting, odour-free prints.

Locally Made in Australia

Every Standee is printed and finished locally in Melbourne, reducing freight emissions from overseas production. Local manufacturing supports faster turnaround and reliable quality for Australian trade customers.

FAQ

We offer a range of durable and lightweight materials to suit different display needs. Our 3mm Corrugated Plastic is a great all-round option for temporary and lightweight signage. The 5mm Corrugated Plastic version offers extra stiffness and strength, making it ideal for larger freestanding panels. For a smoother and more premium indoor finish, our 3mm Foamed PVC provides a clean, professional look that’s perfect for retail or presentation environments. We also offer KAPAplast options in 5mm and 10mm thicknesses for displays that need a light but rigid structure. All materials are printed in high resolution using UV technology for vibrant, sharp results. We can also cut your display to simple custom shapes with up to five smooth points, giving you flexibility to create curved or contour-cut designs that stand out while keeping production efficient and consistent.
The strut is a fold-out backing support made from a brown cardboard. It folds flat during shipping and locks into position when you’re ready to display. It’s designed to hold the standee securely upright without extra equipment.
Yes, we can cut simple shapes around your artwork using our Zünd cutting table. This includes smooth outlines or simple convex shapes up to five points, like rounded logos or clean silhouette edges. Extremely detailed or concave shapes aren’t available, as we focus on fast, consistent trade production.
We can produce Standees up to 2400 millimetres high by 1200 millimetres wide, which suits most life-size displays and retail installations. Smaller sizes can also be ordered to fit your design or venue requirements.
Yes, every Standee is pre-cut and ready to use. The strut is attached and folds flat for shipping. Once unpacked, simply fold out the strut and it’s ready to display.
Standees are designed for indoor use only. While the print is UV-cured, the paper-based Screenboard is not water-resistant and may warp or soften in damp conditions.
Yes, you can enter any custom size within our maximum limits when ordering. There’s no minimum quantity you can order one standee or hundreds, depending on your project needs.
If your artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, jobs up to $1000 + GST are dispatched within 2 business days. For every additional $1,000 + GST, add one extra business day to production. Your exact dispatch date is always shown before checkout so you can plan with confidence.
No, Standees are single-sided only. The back of the board is unprinted to allow space for the fold-out strut and to maintain rigidity.
Once an order is submitted, it goes straight into production. Because of our automated workflow, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Please double-check your artwork, size, and quantity before confirming your order.
No, each job is shipped to one address only. This helps us maintain speed and consistency across all orders. If you need delivery to multiple locations, we recommend using a third-party logistics provider, and we can refer trusted partners if needed.
We don’t offer design services as we operate exclusively for trade resellers. However, our system checks for common issues like missing bleed or incorrect trim boxes to prevent production delays.
All orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Trade accounts are offered to resellers who reach a consistent monthly spend and maintain good payment history.
We consistently meet or beat the dispatch dates shown in your account. Over ninety-nine percent of jobs leave our factory on or before schedule. While we can’t control courier delays, we work with reliable freight partners to keep delivery times predictable.
Yes, you can order a single standee as a sample. This helps you confirm print quality, shape, and finish before placing a larger campaign order.

No. Standee orders must be placed using the sizes, material options, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually process one-off requests outside of those options. Standees are produced using structured print, cut, and assembly workflows to ensure correct fit, stability, and presentation, and our production scheduling relies on those defined processes to deliver reliable lead times across trade volumes. We do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual standee jobs, as doing so introduces risk to quality control and assembly accuracy. If you have feedback based on repeat usage, regular volume, or a broader customer requirement, we welcome that input for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.
