PVC Vinyl Banners with Keder

PVC Vinyl Banners with Keder are purpose-built for installation into sail track extrusions, offering a clean and professional finish for large-scale signage. Each banner is finished with a welded Keder rope edge, allowing it to slide smoothly into tracking systems without the need for external fixings or visible hardware.

The securely welded Keder provides a snug fit inside the track, helping the banner stay firmly in place and maintain a neat, tensioned appearance. This finish also gives added stability in windy conditions, making it a reliable choice for exposed outdoor installations. Common applications include hoardings, factory exteriors, fences, and other flat surfaces. Banners can also be easily replaced by sliding a new one into the track, without removing the entire setup.

Printed on 510gsm vinyl using high-resolution UV-cured inks, these banners deliver bold, long-lasting visuals. Available in custom sizes up to 2400mm high and 21mtr long, they are a smart and cost-effective option for large, professional signage that’s easy to update.

PVC Vinyl Banners with Keder

PVC Vinyl Banners with Keder are designed for high-tension displays that require precision, strength, and a clean, professional finish. Each banner is hot-air welded on all sides and fitted with Keder edging available in white or black, for seamless compatibility with sail track systems, aluminum frames, or extrusion channels. Printed on 510gsm waterproof PVC with matte UV-cured inks, these banners are ideal for long-term outdoor use, large-format branding, construction hoardings, and building wraps where stability and smooth presentation are critical.

Built for Tensioned Framing Systems

Keder edging enables quick and secure installation into sail tracks and extrusion frames without eyelets or rope. This finish allows banners to be tensioned evenly across the full surface, eliminating sag and maintaining a flat, high-end visual appearance ideal for professional environments or high-exposure signage.

Strong & Streamlined Performance

Each banner is finished with welded edges and precision-fitted Keder to ensure maximum strength under load. The system reduces wind stress and wear while delivering a polished aesthetic without external fixings. It's perfect for long-term installs or architectural applications.

Printed with Durst UV Matte Ink

Printed on our Durst UV LED press, these banners offer rich, detailed colour reproduction with a matte finish that reduces glare in high-light environments. The UV-cured inks are scratch-resistant, waterproof, and designed to withstand harsh outdoor exposure.

Sustainability

Low-VOC UV Ink Technology

We use VOC-free Durst UV inks and energy-efficient LED curing, offering environmentally friendly production with no harmful emissions. This ensures safe, sustainable banner printing without compromising on performance.

Long-Lasting, Low-Waste Output

Thanks to the robust PVC stock and durable Keder integration, these banners last longer and can be reused across multiple installs when handled with care. This reduces the frequency of reprints and minimises waste.

Efficient Materials, Minimal Trim Waste

We optimise material usage through precision roll-fed printing and in-house Keder welding. With no metal eyelets or rope, the system streamlines recycling and reduces overall production waste.

FAQ

Keder is a reinforced edge with a round cord sewn or welded into the banner hem, allowing the banner to slide into a sail track or extrusion system. It ensures a tight fit and is ideal for high-end framing or structural display systems.

Please note the size you put in the system is the size of the print and cut, the Keder itself will add around 16mm to the total dimension. So input the size you would like the banner to be when we print and cut it and ensure this is 16mm smaller on the width and height to where you want the edge of Keder to be.

Yes. We offer both white and black Keder edging to best suit your project’s aesthetic or environmental conditions. White is preferred for clean visuals; black is often used where concealment or contrast is needed.
Simply slide the Keder edge into the sail track or compatible framing system. Installation is straightforward and requires no grommets, rope, or zip ties. It creates an even tension across the surface for a professional, sag-free presentation.
Yes. We print using UV-cured inks that resist fading, scratching, and water damage. The matte finish enhances visibility in sunlight and extends durability in tough outdoor environments.
All banners are produced using our Durst 512R UV LED press, delivering high-resolution graphics with long-lasting colour and scratch resistance. The matte ink finish helps eliminate glare on large-scale surfaces.
Choose Keder banners when you need precise alignment, tensioned installation, or a premium finish especially in shopfronts, construction hoardings, scaffold wraps, or building facades. They work best with pre-installed tracks or custom framing.

No. PVC Vinyl Banner with Keder orders must be placed using the keder configurations and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to make one-off changes outside of those options. Keder finishing is a precision workflow that relies on consistent setup and controlled production steps to ensure proper fit and clean installation, and the system settings reflect the production rules required for reliable outcomes. We do not have a workaround for processing off-system keder requests for individual jobs, as it introduces variability and impacts production scheduling. If you have a suggestion for improving this product, regularly require alternative keder options in volume, or see ongoing demand across multiple customers, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.

PVC Vinyl Banners with Keder are priced higher due to the precision and manual handling required during finishing. Keder installation is a specialised process that involves welding the keder into the banner edge to ensure proper fit within frames or tracks, and each banner must be processed individually. This finish cannot be automated through our Plastgrommet All-In-One machine and typically requires multiple operators to manage alignment, tension, and consistency. The increased labour, slower production speed, and higher handling requirements are reflected in the pricing, making this option best suited for applications where clean presentation and frame compatibility are critical.
