Corflute® Eco is made from a combination of consumer and post-industrial waste. The sheet usually has an off-white or light grey appearance with a very subtle speckle due to its recycled content. Sheet colour may vary slightly between batches, which is a natural result of the recycling process.

Corflute® Eco signs are the perfect choice for clients who want an eco-friendly, easy signage solution with flexible design. Corflute® Eco is an environmentally conscious choice, helping to reduce landfill and promote the circular use of materials without compromising on quality.

The hollow flutes running through these boards make the signage lightweight and easy to transport, install and secure using adhesive, screws or nails.

Corflute® Eco boards are ideal for short-term outdoor use and long-term indoor display, with weather resistance that allows signage to last up to a couple of years outdoors. Indoors, signage is even more durable, making it suitable for real estate signs, promotional displays, construction and building site signage, event advertisements, POS material, and safety or instructional signs.

Corflute® Eco – Print Only

Our Corflute® Eco Print Only signs are a sustainable upgrade to our standard corrugated plastic range. Made from Corex Corflute® Eco sheets featuring 50% recycled and 50% virgin polypropylene, these boards are Carbon Neutral Certified and 100% recyclable through Corex Recycling. They feature the same strength, print quality, and outdoor performance as standard corflute while offering a reduced environmental impact.

Available in 5mm thickness and single-sided print only, this material has a subtle off-white to light grey tone with a gentle speckle pattern from the recycled content. Each sheet is corona treated for premium ink adhesion and is suitable for indoor and outdoor signage up to two years.

What thickness is available for Recycled Corflute products?

We only supply Recycled Corflute is available in 5mm only. This maintains structural integrity and consistency across all eco signage options.

Can I print on both sides of the board?

No, due to the recycled content and taping/eyeleting options, these products are single-sided print only.

Will the recycled material look different from standard Corflute?

Yes. Corflute® Eco has an off-white to light grey appearance with a subtle speckle due to recycled content. Colour tone may vary slightly between sheets.

Is Corflute® Eco as strong as standard Corflute?

Yes. Corex Corflute® Eco is engineered to match the mechanical and print performance of virgin corflute, including outdoor durability up to two years.

Is the material suitable for outdoor use?

Do you guarantee production or delivery times?

Mediapoint’s production lead times are accurate and updated live in our ordering system. While we consistently meet or exceed these targets, delivery times depend on courier performance and external logistics factors. We don’t offer guaranteed delivery dates, but our automated system tracks and dispatches jobs with over 99% on-time accuracy across Australia.

Can I order multiple sizes in one job?

Each job can only include one size per order to maintain automation efficiency. If you require several sizes, simply submit each as a separate job. Multiple jobs can still be combined under one checkout to streamline payment and delivery.

Can I order a sample before a large Corflute® Eco run?

Yes. For larger quantities or new artwork, we recommend ordering a small production run first. This allows you to confirm colour, texture, and finish consistency before placing your full order. Our minimum order value is low, making it easy to test and approve before scaling up.

What are the turnaround times for Corflute® Eco Signs?

Production turnaround is typically one business day for orders under $1,000 + GST once artwork is approved before our daily cut-off. For larger runs, additional business days are automatically added based on production capacity. Exact timeframes are always displayed live in your Mediapoint portal at checkout.

Do you offer priority or express production for Corflute® Eco Signs?

No. To keep pricing fair and lead times consistent across all trade customers, Mediapoint does not offer express or priority upgrades. Every job is queued in order of approval to maximise factory efficiency and ensure reliability for all resellers.

What shapes can you cut for Corflute® Eco Signs?

We can cut a wide range of simple shapes to suit your design, including standard rectangles, circles, and contour cuts around artwork. We define simple shape cutting as simple convex shape cutting (up to 5 points) rather than fully freeform or concave shapes.
