This product uses our 12x12 Premium Mesh only: a tight weave with about 80% print coverage and 20% airflow, for high-resolution graphics where visual impact matters. For windier sites, choose 9x9 Standard Mesh (30% airflow) or 6x6 Open Mesh (40% airflow).

Yes. The durable PVC mesh, welded edges and rust-free polypropylene eyelets mean banners can be taken down and reused on another site or event. Stored rolled and handled with care, a mesh banner is designed to last the life of a build, around 12 months in total outdoor use, depending on dust, sun and wind.

Yes. They're printed on outdoor-rated PVC mesh with UV-cured inks, so they're waterproof and resistant to sun, rain and wind. Mesh banners are made to last the life of a build: around 12 months outdoors, which can be more or less depending on dust, sun and wind exposure, and how well the banner is installed.

We do not recommend cutting banners after production, and we do not offer wind slits (also known as moonholes) as part of our finishing. Each banner is sealed with reinforced welded edges and precision eyelet spacing to ensure strength and stability during installation. Cutting into the mesh whether manually or by adding moonholes can weaken the banner structure and increase the risk of tearing. 

Our internal testing has shown that moonholes do not significantly improve wind permeability. In fact, they often lead to stress points that reduce the stability of the banner, especially in high-wind environments. For windy sites, we recommend selecting an appropriate mesh grade (such as 6x6 open weave) and reducing eyelet spacing to ensure proper tension and wind flow.

Turnaround depends on your order value (+ GST), counted from artwork approval before our 1pm cut-off:

Mesh banners should always be installed under proper tension to prevent flapping and reduce the risk of tearing. They must be secured tightly at all reinforced eyelet points using cable ties, rope, or approved fasteners especially along all edges. Banners that are left loose or unsupported can flap excessively, creating strain well beyond the mesh’s rated wind tolerance. 

If tearing occurs, it usually means the banner was subjected to wind loads above the recommended limits, as outlined in our product specifications. In such cases, Mediapoint does not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper installation, lack of bracing, or extreme weather exposure. Always match the mesh grade and eyelet spacing to the wind conditions of your site, and ensure the fence or structure is stable and able to hold tension across the full length of the banner.

Yes. Our system is built specifically for trade resellers and includes full white-label support. You can upload your logo, which we’ll include on the packaging label for brand consistency. We also allow you to attach any required shipping documents, such as packing slips or delivery notes, which are included with the shipment. 

All orders are blind shipped, meaning your customer will never see Mediapoint’s branding, only yours. This ensures a seamless and professional experience for your end client, while protecting your reseller relationship.

Our banners are finished with clear polypropylene Plastgrommet® eyelets, which offer several advantages over traditional metal eyelets. Polypropylene is rust-proof, UV-stable, and won’t corrode or stain the banner material over time making it ideal for outdoor use. These eyelets are also lighter and safer to handle, especially in high-traffic areas or construction sites where metal can pose a scratching hazard. 

From a sustainability perspective, polypropylene eyelets are fully recyclable and reduce the environmental impact of mixed-material waste. They also allow us to finish banners faster and more efficiently using automated equipment, which keeps turnaround times short and costs low without compromising durability.

Choose mesh for fences, scaffolding and any exposed site: the open weave lets wind through, so the banner doesn't act like a sail. No. 12x12 Premium Mesh orders must be placed using the material options, finishing selections, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually process one-off requests outside of those options. This product is produced using consistent workflows to maintain reliable print quality, predictable tension and handling, and repeatable finishing outcomes at scale, and our turnaround times are set to reflect the production steps required. We do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual orders, as it introduces inconsistency and impacts production flow. If you have feedback based on repeat usage, consistent customer demand, or an opportunity supported by volume, we welcome that input for consideration as a long-term system improvement.

12x12 Premium Mesh is priced higher because it supports custom heights and more flexible finishing options, which significantly changes how the product is manufactured. Unlike our fixed height mesh products that can be batched together on master rolls and finished in a single high-volume workflow, custom height mesh jobs must be produced individually. Each order requires separate setup, cutting, and finishing, and cannot be grouped with other jobs for efficient processing. In addition, finishing methods vary depending on the application, which means this product cannot be run through our high-speed Plastgrommet All-In-One finishing system. The combination of lower production throughput, increased handling, and higher material waste results in a higher true cost of production, which is reflected in the pricing. This product is best suited where flexibility and premium presentation are required, rather than maximum cost efficiency.
