Where can Floor Stickers be used?

Floor Stickers can be used almost anywhere indoors on a clean, flat surface. They work perfectly in places like shops, offices, schools, showrooms, warehouses, transport hubs, and event venues. As long as the surface is smooth and sealed for example, tiles, polished concrete, vinyl, or sealed timber they’ll stick securely and look professional. They’re a great way to guide customers, promote sales, or decorate floors for events.

Are they removable?

Yes, Floor Stickers are designed to be temporary so we do have options which are removable for a short period. They use a pressure-sensitive adhesive that sticks firmly but can be peeled off later without leaving sticky marks or damaging most sealed floors. The key is that the floor must be clean, dry, and sealed before applying. Over time, the adhesive can become stronger so if you only need them for a short time, don’t leave them down for months. When removing, peel slowly and evenly for best results.

What surfaces work best?

Floor Stickers stick best to smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces. The most reliable options are tiles, vinyl flooring, sealed wood, and polished concrete. They will not adhere properly to carpet, rough concrete, or dusty floors. Avoid areas that have oil, wax, or silicone coatings, as these can block the adhesive. For the strongest bond, always clean the floor well before applying and give the sticker at least 24 hours to fully set before heavy use.

Can they be used on carpet or rough floors?

No. Floor Stickers cannot stick to carpet, uneven, or unsealed surfaces. The adhesive is made for smooth floors only. On textured or flexible surfaces like carpet, the sticker won’t stay flat and could lift or create a trip hazard. Always use them on a sealed, hard floor and press them down firmly during installation to make sure all edges are secure.

Do they meet safety ratings?

Yes. Every Floor Sticker is finished with a special anti-slip laminate so they stay safe to walk on to a certain point. Please check the spec sheets for the laminate ratings which is the key indicator of durability.

How long do Floor Stickers last?

The lifespan of Floor Stickers depends on which laminate option you choose and how much traffic the area gets. We have two main options: a short-term laminate that’s ideal for around 3 months of regular foot traffic, and a heavy-duty laminate that lasts up to 6 months in high-traffic areas such as retail aisles or shopping centres. If the stickers are used in lower-traffic areas like showrooms, offices, or display zones, they can last much longer because there’s less wear. Both options use durable UV-cured inks and scuff-resistant laminates, so your graphics will stay bright and clear for the full intended period when properly installed and maintained. For best results, always apply them to clean, flat, sealed floors and avoid dragging heavy items across them.

Are they waterproof?

Yes. Once printed and laminated, Floor Stickers are completely waterproof. They can handle cleaning, spills, and everyday mopping without peeling or bubbling. The inks are UV-cured, which means they’re sealed tight and resistant to moisture. However, we recommend using them indoors or under cover, since long exposure to direct sunlight and rain can reduce their lifespan.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, it can’t be changed or cancelled. Our system sends jobs straight into the automated print queue within minutes, so stopping production would interrupt other trade orders. You’ll always get a clear warning before checkout to confirm everything’s correct, so make sure your artwork and details are final before placing the job.

Do you offer split packing or multiple delivery addresses?

We only deliver each job to one address. This keeps our production fast and our trade prices low. If you need items sent to different locations, we recommend using a third-party logistics (3PL) company. We can refer you to reliable partners who can handle split shipments for you.

Can you help with artwork setup or design?

We don’t offer design or artwork setup services because we’re a trade-only printer. Our role is production, not design. However, our system automatically checks files for common problems—like missing bleed or trim boxes—so your job can move through production smoothly. This helps avoid delays while keeping your work print-ready.

Do you offer trade accounts or is prepayment required?

All orders are prepaid unless you have an approved trade account. Accounts are only available for resellers who spend over $20,000 per year and have a strong credit record. Once you reach that level and show consistent order history, we can assess your eligibility through our credit partner. This policy ensures we keep prices competitive for all trade customers.

Do you guarantee production or delivery times?

We’re proud of our reliability and aim to dispatch over 99% of jobs on or before schedule. Turnaround times shown in your account refer to production only, not courier delivery times. While we can’t control external freight delays, our production times are highly consistent and we’ll always communicate quickly if something unexpected happens.

Can I get a sample before ordering a large run?

Yes, you can. If you’re planning a large order, it’s a good idea to get a small sample job first. This lets you check colour, finish, and slip texture before committing to a big print run. Our minimum order cost is low, so testing a sample is quick and affordable.

Why does pricing change in steps instead of increasing evenly with quantity?

Floor Sticker pricing follows a true cost, linear metre based production model rather than per-unit or square metre pricing. Floor graphics are produced in continuous runs using specific substrates and laminates, and multiple stickers can often be positioned across the width of the material before additional linear metres are required. As quantities increase, pricing may remain the same until the next row or length of material is needed, at which point it steps up. This accurately reflects the cost of heavy-duty materials, laminating, cutting, handling, and waste, ensuring transparent pricing with no hidden recovery elsewhere. This model rewards efficient layout planning and delivers predictable pricing and stronger margins for resellers over time.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off floor sticker orders?

No. Floor sticker orders must be placed using the materials, laminates, and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to make one-off changes outside of those settings. Floor graphics rely on specific substrates and finishes to meet durability, slip resistance, and handling requirements, and our production workflows are structured to ensure those standards are met consistently. We do not have a workaround for processing off-system requests for individual jobs, as it introduces compliance and performance risk. If you have feedback driven by repeat volume or ongoing customer need, we welcome that input for future system improvements.
