Custom sticker sheets for trade resellers, sign shops and designers. Each sheet holds 1 to 5 kiss cut stickers in simple custom shapes, printed in full colour on vinyl and trimmed to the sheet size you choose, from 60 x 60 mm up to 500 x 500 mm. A5 (148 x 210 mm) and A4 (210 x 297 mm) sticker sheets are popular sizes.
Kiss cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, so the backing sheet stays whole and every sticker peels off cleanly. That makes sticker sheets easy to pack, hand out or resell as sets, with multiple designs on one sheet. Keep a minimum 5 mm margin between each cut line and the edge of the sheet (you can allow more in your artwork setup).

Kiss cut vs die cut stickers
The difference between kiss cut and die cut stickers is how deep the cut goes. Kiss cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, leaving the backing sheet whole, which suits sticker sheets, packs and fast peel-and-stick application. Die cut stickers are cut all the way through to the sticker shape, giving loose single stickers with no surrounding sheet. FAQ
A kiss cut slices only through the top layer of vinyl, leaving the backing sheet intact. This means you get a full sheet with multiple stickers that peel off easily. A die cut, on the other hand, cuts all the way through both the vinyl and the backing, creating individual loose stickers. Kiss cut sheets are great when you want to hand out sets of stickers, pack them neatly, or keep small designs together in one place. Die cuts are best for single stickers that need to be separate: order those as Large Format Stickers.
You can include up to 5 stickers per sheet at our standard pricing. This limit helps us keep cutting precise and turnaround fast for everyone. Each sticker can be a different shape or size, as long as they fit comfortably on the sheet and meet spacing requirements. Keeping things simple ensures your job runs smoothly through our automated workflow.
You can choose sheet sizes from 60 x 60 mm up to 500 x 500 mm. Within that size range, you have flexibility to design the layout that suits your needs. Just make sure there’s at least 5 mm of space between your kiss-cut sticker edges and the outer edge of the sheet. This helps us achieve clean, accurate cutting. If you’re not sure what size is best, think about how the stickers will be used, smaller sheets are great for handouts, while larger ones are ideal for packs or merchandise inserts.
Our UV-cured inks are made for durability. Each stock shows its outdoor rating when you get pricing: Avery 3300 and 3302 around 2 years, Orajet 3162 around 3 years, Orajet 3165 clear and Orajet 3651 around 4 years, and Orajet 3554 high-tack around 6 years. Real life depends on sun, rain and the surface the sticker goes on. Gloss or matt laminate adds scratch and UV protection.
There are six vinyl stocks: Avery 3300 gloss white (permanent), Avery 3302 gloss white (removable), Orajet 3162 matt white (removable blockout), Orajet 3165 clear (permanent), Orajet 3651 gloss white (permanent) and Orajet 3554 matt white high-tack blockout for brick, concrete and other textured surfaces. Clear vinyl is printed without white ink, so the print looks translucent and won’t stand out on dark or coloured surfaces. Technical data sheets for every stock are in the Download tab.
Create your file at the final sheet size you want printed. Draw a vector kiss cut line around each sticker as a spot colour named “Kiss-cut”, add 2–3 mm bleed, and leave at least 5 mm of space between each cut line and from the outer edge of the sheet. Not any shape. We kiss cut simple, smooth custom shapes such as circles, ovals, rectangles and gentle contours around logos or text, up to 5 per sheet. No. Kiss cut sticker sheet orders must be submitted using the materials, cut options, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make one-off adjustments outside of those settings. Kiss cutting relies on precise tooling, defined spacing, and consistent production setup to ensure clean edges and reliable weeding, and our system reflects what we can deliver accurately at scale. We do not offer manual overrides for individual sheet layouts or expedited processing outside the platform. If you have feedback based on repeat layouts, ongoing volume, or broader customer demand, we welcome that input for long-term review.
