Kiss Cut Sticker Sheet

48 Hour Production
48 Hour Production
Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets are ideal when you need between 1 to 5 simple-shaped stickers on a single sheet. They’re perfect for easier handling, packaging or resale. Each sticker is kiss cut with a minimum 5mm internal margin from the edge of the sheet, allowing for easy peeling and application. (You can allow for a larger margin if you prefer in your artwork setup.)

We digitally print and cut every sheet, making it easy to order small runs or high volumes with a fast turnaround. Stickers are available on a variety of durable vinyl stocks, all water-resistant and suitable for short to medium-term outdoor use. Lamination is optional for added protection and extended lifespan.

Kiss cut vs die cut stickers

The difference between kiss cut and die cut stickers is how deep the cut goes. Kiss cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, leaving the backing sheet whole so each sticker peels off cleanly, which is perfect for sheets, packs and fast peel-and-stick application. Die cut stickers are cut all the way through to the sticker shape, giving individual stickers with no surrounding sheet.

Choose kiss cut stickers for multi-sticker sheets and volume peel-and-stick, and die cut when you need single, shaped stickers. We print and cut both to your supplied die line. Register for trade pricing to order kiss cut stickers for your customers.

Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets

Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets are a clean and efficient way to present multiple sticker designs on one sheet. Each design is precisely kiss-cut through the vinyl layer, allowing stickers to peel easily while the sheet stays intact for neat handling and packaging. Printed with high-resolution UV inks on premium vinyl, these sheets deliver sharp detail and a smooth matte finish that’s water- and fade-resistant for short to medium-term outdoor use. Optional gloss or matte lamination adds extra UV and abrasion protection. Every sheet is trimmed to your chosen size, with up to five simple shapes per layout ready to pack, ship, or hand out.

Precision Kiss Cutting

Each sticker is kiss-cut through the vinyl layer with exacting precision, allowing every shape to peel smoothly while the sheet remains intact. The result is a professional finish that’s ideal for retail packs or brand giveaways.

FAQ

A kiss cut slices only through the top layer of vinyl, leaving the backing sheet intact. This means you get a full sheet with multiple stickers that peel off easily. A die cut, on the other hand, cuts all the way through both the vinyl and the backing, creating individual loose stickers. Kiss cut sheets are great when you want to hand out sets of stickers, pack them neatly, or keep small designs together in one place. Die cuts are best for single stickers that need to be separate.
You can include up to 5 stickers per sheet at our standard pricing. This limit helps us keep cutting precise and turnaround fast for everyone. Each sticker can be a different shape or size, as long as they fit comfortably on the sheet and meet spacing requirements. If you need more than 5 stickers on a sheet, you can still do that, but it may require a custom quote and extra production time. Keeping things simple ensures your job runs smoothly through our automated workflow.

You can choose sheet sizes from 60 x 60 mm up to 500 x 500 mm. Within that size range, you have flexibility to design the layout that suits your needs. Just make sure there’s at least 5 mm of space between your kiss-cut sticker edges and the outer edge of the sheet. This helps us achieve clean, accurate cutting. If you’re not sure what size is best, think about how the stickers will be used, smaller sheets are great for handouts, while larger ones are ideal for packs or merchandise inserts.

We can cut simple, smooth shapes such as circles, ovals, rectangles, and gentle contours around logos or text. For the best results, keep your design to around five corner points or fewer. If the shape is too detailed, has very fine corners, or concave edges, our system may need to simplify it to maintain accuracy and prevent tearing. The goal is to produce neat, high-quality sheets that peel cleanly without tiny cuts or weak spots.
Yes. You can choose either gloss or matte lamination to add extra protection. Lamination helps resist scratches, scuffs, and chemicals, and it also extends the sticker’s outdoor life by one year. Gloss gives bright, shiny colours, while matte has a softer look that hides fingerprints and glare. Laminating also makes the sheets feel thicker and more premium perfect for retail packs or long-term branding use.
Our UV-cured inks are made for durability. Unlaminated stickers generally last around two years outdoors, depending on the vinyl type and how much sun or rain they’re exposed to. If you want longer life, choose polymeric vinyl with lamination this combination can last much longer and withstand tougher conditions. For indoor or light use, monomeric vinyl is a more economical option that still looks sharp and professional.
You can choose from a range of vinyl options to suit your job. Monomeric vinyl is best for short-term or indoor use, while polymeric vinyl offers extra strength and longer life for outdoor conditions. If you need something that peels off cleanly, go for a removable adhesive. For hiding old graphics or dark surfaces, block-out vinyl with a grey backing is the right choice. Clear vinyl is great for see-through stickers, although it doesn’t include white ink printing. And if you’re applying stickers to tricky or low-energy surfaces, high-tack adhesive provides the extra grip needed. Every option is printed in full colour using durable UV inks, so your designs stay bright, sharp, and long-lasting no matter which stock you choose.
Create your file at the final sheet size you want printed. Include a vector kiss-cut path around each sticker, add 2–3 mm bleed, and leave at least 5 mm of space between each cut line and from the outer edge of the sheet. Each sheet should be one layout per job, this keeps our production consistent and avoids misalignment. We recommend naming your cut paths clearly and checking they’re on a separate layer before uploading.
All sticker sheets are supplied flat and trimmed to the final size never on rolls or large uncut gangs. Each sheet is packed carefully and shipped unbranded, ready for your own packaging or direct trade fulfilment. The clean trim and flat delivery make them easy to handle, stack, and distribute to your customers.
For Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets, the standard turnaround time is two business days for orders up to $1,000 + GST, once artwork is approved before the daily cut-off. For every additional $1,000 + GST, please allow one extra business day. This system keeps production fair and predictable, ensuring all trade customers get consistent, on-time delivery.
No. Mediapoint is strictly resellers-only, meaning we supply print resellers, brokers, and design professionals, never the end customer. All our jobs are white-label and blind-shipped, so your clients will never see our branding. You can confidently resell our work as your own.
Once an order is placed, it can’t be changed or cancelled. Our system sends jobs straight into production within minutes. This automation is what allows us to keep prices low and turnaround times fast. Please double-check your artwork and order details before submitting you’ll always get a reminder at checkout to confirm everything is correct.
No, we deliver each job to one address only. This keeps our process efficient and pricing consistent for all trade customers. If you need your stickers sent to multiple locations, we suggest using a third-party logistics (3PL) provider. We can recommend reliable partners who handle trade fulfilment professionally.
We don’t provide design or artwork setup services because we focus entirely on production. Having an internal design team would conflict with our trade-only model. That said, our system automatically checks for common file issues such as missing bleed or trim boxes, so your job can move through production smoothly and without delay.
All orders are prepaid unless you have an approved trade account. Trade accounts are available to resellers with a strong credit record and an annual spend above $20,000. Once your order history meets that level, we’ll assess your eligibility through our credit partner. This ensures we can maintain sharp pricing for all trade customers.
We aim to meet or exceed the turnaround times listed on your account. While courier delivery times are outside our control, our internal production schedule runs at over 99% on-time dispatch. We’ll always let you know if something unexpected comes up, but our automation means delays are extremely rare.
Yes, we recommend ordering a small sample sheet before going ahead with a big job. This lets you check the print quality, cutting accuracy, and finish before committing. Our minimum order cost is low, so it’s an easy way to ensure everything meets your expectations before full production.
A kiss cut sticker is cut through the vinyl but not the backing paper, so the sticker peels away easily while the sheet stays intact. It suits packs, sheets and easy-peel application.
Kiss cut leaves the backing sheet whole so you peel each sticker off; die cut cuts all the way through to the sticker shape as individual stickers. Choose kiss cut for sheets and volume peel-and-stick, die cut for single shaped stickers.
Multi-sticker sheets, sticker packs, labels applied by hand, and any run where fast peeling and a tidy sheet matter.
Yes. We cut to your supplied die line in any shape, single design or multiple designs per sheet.
Yes. Every order is blind-shipped or white-labelled under your brand, with never any branded packaging.

No. Kiss cut sticker sheet orders must be submitted using the materials, cut options, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make one-off adjustments outside of those settings. Kiss cutting relies on precise tooling, defined spacing, and consistent production setup to ensure clean edges and reliable weeding, and our system reflects what we can deliver accurately at scale. We do not offer manual overrides for individual sheet layouts or expedited processing outside the platform. If you have feedback based on repeat layouts, ongoing volume, or broader customer demand, we welcome that input for long-term review.
