Corflute® with Eyelets

If artwork is approved before the daily 1pm cut-off, orders up to $500 + GST get 1 business day production. Larger orders add a business day for each additional $1,500 + GST. The dates shown in our system are production dates, based on capacity when you order.

The maximum sheet size for Corflute® with Eyelets is 2400mm × 1200mm, which represents a full Corex Corflute® sheet. A range of smaller rectangular sizes is also available within the system to suit different signage applications and optimise sheet usage. 

No. Eyelets are applied using preset automated layouts designed for speed, accuracy, and repeatability. Custom eyelet positioning is not available, as it would require manual intervention and disrupt the automated finishing process that enables consistent pricing and lead times. 

No. Corflute® with Eyelets is available only in rectangular formats. Custom shapes interfere with automated eyelet placement and can't be supported within this product's production workflow. If your project needs a custom shape, order Corflute® Print Only, which cuts circles and simple shapes.

We use clear polypropylene eyelets supplied by Plastgrommet. These eyelets are lightweight, impact-resistant, rust-free, and fully recyclable. Unlike metal eyelets, they will not corrode, stain, or compromise recyclability over time. 

Yes. Genuine Corex Corflute® lasts around 12–24 months outdoors, depending on conditions. Combined with UV-stable inks, these signs perform reliably on construction sites, fences, events and temporary installations. Indoors it lasts much longer. See our Corflute® durability guide.

You can select from a range of standard automated configurations, including four corners, top corners only, one top and one bottom, and other predefined layouts shown on the product page. These layouts are optimised for structural support and production efficiency. Custom configurations are not available. 

No. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters automated production. For this reason, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. We strongly recommend carefully checking artwork, sizes, quantities, and eyelet layouts before placing your order. 

No. Corflute® with Eyelets orders are packed in bulk and shipped to a single delivery address per job. Split packing or multiple delivery locations are not supported. If required, onward distribution should be handled by your own logistics provider after delivery. 

All orders require prepayment unless you hold an approved Mediapoint trade account. Trade accounts are available to resellers with an expected annual spend of $20,000 or more, subject to credit approval and payment history. 

Yes. For orders over $1,000, we recommend purchasing a small paid sample first. This allows you to confirm print quality, colour output, and eyelet placement before proceeding with a larger production run.

All Corflute® with Eyelets signs are printed using UV-cured inks, producing a smooth satin-matte finish that balances colour vibrancy with reduced glare. Lamination or additional coatings are not offered, as they are unnecessary for most applications and would add cost and processing time. 

Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex for its Australian-made corrugated polypropylene board. Coreflute and corrugated plastic are generic names for similar board from other manufacturers. No. Corex runs its own recycling programs, but trade partners are not authorised to send used Corflute® signs to Mediapoint or Corex Australia. Recycling needs to be arranged by the reseller or end user through local or specialist polypropylene (PP) recycling facilities.

No. Corflute® with Eyelets must be ordered using the sizes, finishes, and turnaround options available in the system at the time of ordering. Our production workflows are built to deliver consistent quality, accurate pricing, and reliable lead times at scale, and we do not offer manual overrides or one-off exceptions. 

No. Corflute® with Eyelets is single-sided only, because Corex Corflute® doesn't perform reliably through our eyelet finishing when printed on both sides. For double-sided signs with eyelets, order Corrugated Plastic with Eyelets.

3mm suits real estate boards, election signs and fence signs: light, easy to hang and cost-effective. 5mm gives extra rigidity for larger signs, windy locations or long spans between fixings.

Yes. We print on Australian-made Corex Corflute®, and every job is produced and eyeleted at our Melbourne facility.

No. Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex Australia. Mediapoint has permission from Corex to use the name when referring to the board we print on, but this does not extend to resellers. When marketing or reselling, use generic terms such as corrugated plastic signs or corrugated PP board.

Pricing is based on a true-cost, sheet-based production model, rather than estimated square-metre pricing. Jobs are produced and finished in full sheet runs, with eyelets added as a secondary process. Pricing therefore remains consistent within certain quantity ranges and increases only when an additional sheet or production run is required. This approach reflects real material, handling, and waste costs and avoids hidden cross-subsidies. 

Our Corflute® sheets are 2400 × 1200mm, with the flutes running along the 2400mm length. When your size fits on the sheet either way, you can choose Horizontal, Vertical or Varied. Varied lets us mix flute directions within the order to fit the most signs on each sheet, which keeps the cost down. If the signs need to match, for example all with vertical flutes, choose that direction.
