Corflute® with Eyelets
Each sign includes Non-Rust Clear Polypropylene Eyelets, available in a range of set positions to suit various installation requirements. These eyelets provide a clean and durable solution for hanging or securing signage with cable ties, hooks, ropes, or screws - making them ideal for fences, walls, construction sites, and other high-visibility locations. The hollow flutes within the board make it exceptionally lightweight, allowing for easy transport, installation, and secure mounting.
Corflute® with Eyelets boards are a popular short-term outdoor and long-term indoor solution, with weather-proofing that protects the sign to maintain its condition for up to a couple of years. This is without a doubt the cheapest and wisest option for signage such as real estate signs, promotional signs, construction and building site signage, event advertisements and more. Indoor signage proves to be even more durable, with organisations printing warning signs, instructions, in-store advertising and other POS collateral and enjoying it for years to come.
Unlike other low priced printing solutions, Corflute® with Eyelets signs are very customisable. Signs can be printed and cut to custom sizes under 2400mm x 1200mm. Please see the link below to get pricing on Corflute® with Eyelets for your customers.
Job Summary
Corflute® Signs with Eyelets
Corflute® Signs with Eyelets are designed for trade partners who need lightweight, durable signage that’s ready to install straight out of production. Manufactured using genuine Corex Corflute®, each sign is supplied with pre-installed clear polypropylene eyelets, allowing for fast hanging, mounting, or temporary fixing without the need for drilling, framing, or additional finishing.
This product is ideal for construction sites, fence signage, real estate boards, event branding, and retail promotions, where speed, consistency, and cost efficiency are critical. The clear eyelets integrate cleanly with your artwork while maintaining the core benefits of Corflute® impact resistance, weather durability, and easy handling across trade volumes.
Eyelet placement is completed using an automated finishing process to ensure precision, repeatability, and reliable turnaround times. Customers can choose from a range of preset eyelet configurations, including top corners, all four corners, or other standard edge layouts displayed on the product page. To maintain production efficiency and quality control, custom eyelet positioning and custom-shaped cutting are not available, and all signs are produced in rectangular formats only.
Install Ready
Supplied with clear polypropylene eyelets already fitted, these Corflute® signs arrive ready to hang or fix straight away. Ideal for construction signage, real estate boards, events, and retail displays where fast, no-fuss installation is required.
Weather & Rust Resistant
Manufactured using genuine Corex Corflute® and fitted with polypropylene eyelets that won’t rust, corrode, or stain, making them well suited to outdoor environments and long-term use.
Fully Recyclable Eyelets
The clear eyelets are made from polypropylene the same base material as the Corflute® sheet allowing the entire sign to be recycled together without removing components. This avoids contamination associated with metal eyelets and simplifies disposal.
Sustainability
100% Recyclable Components
Both the Corex Corflute® substrate and the polypropylene eyelets are recyclable through compatible recycling streams, helping reduce landfill waste and supporting more sustainable signage production.
PVC-Free & Non-Toxic
Corex Corflute® is manufactured from non-toxic polypropylene and contains no PVC, chlorine, or heavy metals, making it a safer and more environmentally responsible alternative to vinyl-based signage.
Low-Emission UV Printing
Printed using Durst D4 UV inks that are GREENGUARD certified and low-VOC, reducing chemical emissions during production while delivering durable, high-quality results.
Long Life, Lower Impact
Designed for reuse across multiple campaigns and rated for up to two years of outdoor exposure, Corflute® with Eyelets reduces the need for frequent reprints and associated transport emissions.
FAQ
Orders under $500 + GST are produced within one business day, provided artwork is approved before the daily cut-off time. For higher volumes, each additional business day adds approximately $1,500 + GST to total production capacity. This capacity-based model allows us to deliver fast, predictable lead times while maintaining consistent quality across trade volumes.
The maximum sheet size for Corflute® with Eyelets is 2400mm × 1200mm, which represents a full Corex Corflute® sheet. A range of smaller rectangular sizes is also available within the system to suit different signage applications and optimise sheet usage.
No. Eyelets are applied using preset automated layouts designed for speed, accuracy, and repeatability. Custom eyelet positioning is not available, as it would require manual intervention and disrupt the automated finishing process that enables consistent pricing and lead times.
No. Corflute® with Eyelets is available only in rectangular formats. Custom shapes interfere with automated eyelet placement and cannot be supported within this product’s production workflow. If your project requires custom shapes, alternative Corflute® finishing options without eyelets may be more suitable.
We use clear polypropylene eyelets supplied by Plastgrommet. These eyelets are lightweight, impact-resistant, rust-free, and fully recyclable. Unlike metal eyelets, they will not corrode, stain, or compromise recyclability over time.
Yes. Genuine Corex Corflute® is rated for approximately 12–24 months of outdoor exposure, depending on conditions. Combined with UV-stable inks, these signs are designed to perform reliably in common outdoor environments such as construction sites, events, and temporary installations.
You can select from a range of standard automated configurations, including four corners, top corners only, one top and one bottom, and other predefined layouts shown on the product page. These layouts are optimised for structural support and production efficiency. Custom configurations are not available.
No. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters automated production. For this reason, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. We strongly recommend carefully checking artwork, sizes, quantities, and eyelet layouts before placing your order.
No. Corflute® with Eyelets orders are packed in bulk and shipped to a single delivery address per job. Split packing or multiple delivery locations are not supported. If required, onward distribution should be handled by your own logistics provider after delivery.
All orders require prepayment unless you hold an approved Mediapoint trade account. Trade accounts are available to resellers with an expected annual spend of $20,000 or more, subject to credit approval and payment history.
Yes. For orders over $1,000, we recommend purchasing a small paid sample first. This allows you to confirm print quality, colour output, and eyelet placement before proceeding with a larger production run.
All Corflute® with Eyelets signs are printed using UV-cured inks, producing a smooth satin-matte finish that balances colour vibrancy with reduced glare. Lamination or additional coatings are not offered, as they are unnecessary for most applications and would add cost and processing time.
No. Mediapoint does not offer Corflute® with Eyelets as a double-sided product, as the Corex Corflute® stock does not perform reliably within our hybrid print and automated eyelet finishing process when printed on both sides. To ensure consistent quality, structural integrity, and accurate finishing at trade volumes, this product is limited to single-sided printing only. If your application requires double-sided signage, we recommend our Corrugated Plastic signage option, which is specifically engineered to support double-sided printing and alternative finishing workflows.
No. Corflute® with Eyelets must be ordered using the sizes, finishes, and turnaround options available in the system at the time of ordering. Our production workflows are built to deliver consistent quality, accurate pricing, and reliable lead times at scale, and we do not offer manual overrides or one-off exceptions.
Pricing is based on a true-cost, sheet-based production model, rather than estimated square-metre pricing. Jobs are produced and finished in full sheet runs, with eyelets added as a secondary process. Pricing therefore remains consistent within certain quantity ranges and increases only when an additional sheet or production run is required. This approach reflects real material, handling, and waste costs and avoids hidden cross-subsidies.
Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex and represents a premium grade of corrugated polypropylene board. Using genuine Corex Corflute® ensures consistent material quality, durability, and print performance, providing predictable outcomes for trade customers who rely on repeatability and reliability.
No. While Corex operates recycling programs for its materials, trade partners are not authorised to return Corflute® signage to Mediapoint or to Corex Australia for recycling. Any recycling of Corflute® with Eyelets must be arranged independently by the reseller or end user through appropriate local or specialist polypropylene (PP) recycling facilities, ensuring compliance with Corex’s recycling program requirements and avoiding unauthorised material handling within our production and logistics workflows.
