Clear Window Stickers with White Ink

48 Hour Production
48 Hour Production
Clear Window Stickers with White Ink give your artwork solid, vibrant colour on glass while the unprinted areas of the film stay virtually invisible. Without white ink, colours printed on clear film are translucent and wash out against dark interiors or bright backgrounds. A white ink layer fixes that, so logos, text and promotional graphics stay bold and legible.

Commonly used for retail window graphics, shopfront branding, trading hours, glass partitions and promotional decals, these stickers are printed on Vorteil ULTRAView, an optically clear polymeric PVC film with a removable adhesive. White ink prints only where your artwork specifies it, and you choose at quoting whether it prints under your colours, over your colours, or as white only. Sizes range from 50 x 50mm to 1300 x 10000mm.

Printed with UVgel technology on our Canon Colorado M-series, these stickers offer strong colour, dense white and a scratch-resistant finish. They are thru-cut on our Zund table in square-cut or simple custom shapes. Laminate is not available on this product.

Clear Window Stickers with White Ink

Clear Window Stickers with White Ink deliver solid, high-impact graphics on glass without a visible background. Printed on our Canon Colorado M-series using UVgel white and CMYK inks, they produce opaque colour, crisp white and sharp detail on optically clear film that lets more than 99% of light through its unprinted areas. Each piece is precision-cut on our Zund table for clean edges and accurate sizing. They are ideal for shopfront windows, glass doors, office partitions and retail promotions where the graphic should look like it was printed directly on the glass.

White Ink Where You Want It

White prints only where your artwork specifies it, under your colours, over them, or on its own. It keeps colours opaque and legible on glass, where standard clear stickers look washed out.

Optically Clear Film

Vorteil ULTRAView is a polymeric PVC film that allows more than 99% light transmission in unprinted areas, so graphics appear printed directly on the glass. The removable adhesive is designed for clean removal within 12 months.

Precision Zund Cutting

Each sticker is thru-cut on our Zund cutting table for clean edges and accurate sizing. Simple shape cutting means every piece is ready to peel and apply.

Sustainability

Low-VOC UVgel Printing

Printed on our Canon Colorado M-series using low-VOC UVgel inks cured under LED lamps. This low-temperature process reduces emissions and energy use while producing durable prints.

Solar-Powered Production

Our facility operates on a 99 kW solar system that generates most of our daytime energy. Every print run helps lower carbon output and supports sustainable manufacturing.

Locally Printed in Australia

All Clear Window Stickers are printed in Melbourne, reducing transport emissions from overseas production and supporting Australian manufacturing.

FAQ

There are four. No White prints CMYK only, so colours are translucent. Under CMYK prints white first with colour on top, so the graphic is read from the printed side of the film. Over CMYK prints colour first with white on top, so the graphic is read through the film and the glass. White Ink Spot prints white ink only. You select the option when quoting and we produce it that way.

White ink prints only where your artwork contains the spot colour named "White". It is not added automatically behind your colours. Any area without the White spot colour prints without white, and any area with no artwork stays clear.

No. Each Clear Window Stickers with White Ink order is one design (one kind), including its white ink layer, and you can order as many as you need. For different designs, place a separate order for each.

We offer simple shape cutting: circles, ovals, squares, rectangles with rounded corners, and straightforward outlines around your design. Complex or intricate shapes are not supported, as we cannot hold a high-quality cut on them with our tooling. Custom shapes need a stroke in a spot colour named "Thru-cut".

The standard turnaround is two business days for orders up to $1,000 + GST, once artwork is approved before the daily cut-off. For every additional $1,000 + GST, please allow one extra business day. You can see your estimated dispatch date when placing your order.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our system sends jobs straight into the automated queue within minutes to keep turnaround times fast. Please check your artwork and order details carefully before confirming. You’ll always get a final warning at checkout to make sure everything’s correct before we start production.

We deliver each job to one address only, and each Clear Window Stickers with White Ink order is a single design, so there is nothing to split pack. This helps us maintain fast, efficient production and trade pricing. If you need an order sent to multiple addresses, we recommend using a third-party logistics partner who can split and distribute for you. We can suggest trusted providers who specialise in this type of fulfilment.

We don’t offer artwork setup or design services because we’re a trade-only printer. Our focus is production, not design. However, our system automatically checks for common file problems like missing bleed or trim boxes, helping your job move smoothly through prepress. This ensures files print accurately and without delays.

All orders are prepaid unless you have an approved trade account. Trade accounts are available for resellers who meet certain criteria, including an annual spend above $20,000 and a strong credit record. Once you reach that level and have a consistent order history, we’ll review your eligibility through our credit partner. This approach helps us keep pricing competitive for all trade customers.

We aim to meet or exceed every listed turnaround time. While courier delivery is outside our control, our internal production runs at over 99% on-time dispatch. If something unexpected happens, we’ll always communicate quickly and do our best to minimise any delays.

Yes, absolutely. If you’re planning a large run or testing new material, it’s a good idea to order a small production sample first. This lets you confirm colour, finish, and adhesive strength before committing to a full order. Our minimum order cost is low, making it easy to test before scaling up.

Clear Window Sticker pricing is based on a true cost, linear metre production model rather than a per-unit or square metre estimate. These stickers are produced in continuous runs across the width of the material, and multiple copies of your sticker can often be nested across the roll before an additional linear metre is required. As quantities increase, pricing may remain the same until the next full row or length of material is needed, at which point it steps up. This reflects the real cost of material usage, printing time, cutting, and waste, ensuring transparent pricing with no hidden cross subsidies. Compared to per-unit pricing models, this approach delivers more predictable costs and better margins for resellers, particularly when layouts are well optimised across the width of the stock.

No. Clear window sticker orders must be placed using the materials, sizes, and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off variations outside of those options. This product follows defined print and finishing workflows to ensure consistent adhesion, clean trimming, and predictable handling for installation, and our scheduling depends on those system settings to maintain reliable lead times. We do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual jobs, as it introduces variability and production risk. If you regularly require a different configuration in volume or see sustained demand across customers, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a future system enhancement.

Create a spot colour swatch named "White" and apply it to every area where white ink should print. Where colour sits on top of white, place the CMYK artwork above the White object and set the CMYK artwork to overprint. Without overprint, the colour knocks out the white beneath it and prints with no white behind. The file is set up the same way for Under CMYK and Over CMYK; the option you select when quoting sets the print order.

Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and go to Print Production, then Output Preview. Make sure Simulate Overprinting is ticked, then view the White separation on its own. It should show white everywhere you expect it, including behind your colours.

No. White Ink Spot is for white-only artwork, and files containing CMYK artwork will be rejected. If your design has both colour and white, choose Under CMYK or Over CMYK. Both can include white-only elements alongside colour.

If the sticker goes on the outside of the window and is read from outside, choose Under CMYK. If it goes on the inside of the window and is read from outside, choose Over CMYK. Inside application protects the print from weather, cleaning and vandalism, so it is the better choice for most shopfronts.

Vorteil ULTRAView is an optically clear polymeric PVC film that allows more than 99% light transmission in unprinted areas. Once applied to clean glass it is virtually invisible, so only your printed graphic is seen.

No, laminate is not available on this product. A laminate would reduce the optical clarity of the film. UVgel inks are scratch-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use without one. For the best protection, apply the sticker to the inside of the glass using Over CMYK.

Yes. The film has a removable adhesive designed for clean removal within 12 months of application. Direct sun and harsh conditions can make removal harder over time. This makes the product best suited to short and medium-term window graphics.

They are designed for flat glass, indoors or outdoors. The glass should be clean and dry, and at 10°C or warmer during application. They are not recommended for textured, curved or painted surfaces.
