They handle wind, humidity, and light rain well, but we recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight and harsh weather for best longevity.

Please note we do not offer custom eyelet positioning and only the options available online.

Are double-sided prints available?

No, we don’t offer double-sided printing on this product. Our Synthetic Posters are designed to be single-sided so we can maintain the best colour depth, sharpness, and consistency on the front surface. This approach also keeps production fast and reliable for all trade customers.

What is the maximum size I can order?

We can print up to 1200 millimetres wide and 2400 millimetres long. You can also order smaller custom sizes. All posters are cut to your requested dimensions and fitted with the correct number of eyelets for easy display.

What printing method is used?

Your posters are printed using Canon UVgel technology. The ink is instantly cured under light, giving a smooth matte finish that resists scratches and fading. This process ensures every print comes out sharp, dry, and ready to hang immediately.

Can I order small quantities?

Yes, you can order any quantity from one poster to a full batch for a national campaign. Every order goes through the same automated system to keep turnaround fast and consistent.

What are the lead times?

If your artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, jobs under $500 + GST are usually printed and dispatched the next business day. Orders up to $1,000 + GST dispatch within two business days. For every additional $1,000 + GST, add one more business day to production. You’ll always see your exact dispatch date before checkout.

Is lamination available?

No, lamination isn’t offered. The synthetic stock is already waterproof and strong, and the matte finish ensures the poster remains glare-free and easy to view from all angles. Adding lamination would increase cost and reduce recyclability.

Can I include multiple artwork sizes in one job?

Each job must have the same size and layout for all uploaded artworks. If you need multiple sizes, simply create separate jobs within the same order — it’s quick and ensures accurate cutting and finishing.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, it moves straight into production and begins printing within minutes. Because of this, we can’t make changes or cancel it afterwards. Please check your artwork, size, and address carefully before confirming your order.

Do you offer split packing or delivery to multiple addresses?

No, we deliver each job to one address only. This helps keep the system fast and fair for everyone. If you need multi-location delivery, we can connect you with a reliable 3PL partner who already works with our trade clients.

Can you help with artwork setup or design?

We don’t provide design or setup help since we only print for trade customers. However, our system automatically checks for common setup issues such as missing bleed or incorrect trim boxes so you can be confident your files are print-ready.

Do you offer trade accounts or is prepayment required?

All jobs are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Trade accounts are available for customers with consistent order history and strong payment performance. This helps us keep prices stable and service efficient.

Do you guarantee delivery times or dispatch dates?

We aim to meet or beat the lead times listed in your account. Over ninety-nine percent of orders are dispatched on or before schedule. While we can’t control courier delays, we partner with dependable freight companies for fast and reliable delivery.

Can I get a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, you can order a single poster as a sample. This is a great way to check colour, print clarity, and the feel of the eyelets before printing a larger run.

Why does pricing change in steps instead of increasing evenly with quantity?

Posters are produced in continuous runs, and depending on size, multiple units can often be positioned across the width of the material before additional linear metres are required, with eyelets applied as a structured finishing step. This ensures pricing reflects real material usage, finishing labour, processing time, and waste, rather than averaged assumptions, resulting in transparent and predictable pricing for trade customers.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off synthetic poster orders with eyelets?
