The Hyena double-sided tissue tape performs reliably indoors and in sheltered outdoor spots. Its solvent acrylic adhesive holds from –40°C to 100°C, but the tissue carrier isn't made for prolonged moisture or direct rain. For fences and exposed outdoor sites, order Corrugated Plastic with Eyelets instead. For best results, apply to clean, sealed and smooth surfaces.

No. Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex Australia, and this product may be printed on board from other manufacturers. When marketing or reselling, use generic terms such as corrugated plastic signs or coreflute signs.

Corrugated plastic, also spelled coreflute, is the generic name for twin-wall fluted polypropylene board. Corflute® is a registered trademark of Corex for its own board. For this product we use corrugated plastic sheet from a range of approved manufacturers, so it may not always be Australian-made. Pricing for Corrugated Plastic with Taping is based on a true cost, sheet-based production model rather than estimated square metre pricing. Sheets are produced in full sizes and the taping finish is applied as a secondary step, so pricing may stay the same across certain quantity bands and then increase only when an additional sheet or production setup is required. This reflects the real cost of materials, finishing, handling, and waste, providing transparent, accurate pricing with no hidden cross-subsidies. Unlike square metre pricing models, which can lead to inconsistencies and inflated costs, this approach delivers predictable pricing and supports stronger, more consistent margins for resellers, particularly on well-optimised layouts.

This product is manufactured using standardised workflows to ensure consistent outcomes, fair trade pricing, and dependable turnaround, and we do not offer manual shortcuts or off-system solutions. Choose from 8 preset layouts on the back of the board: 4 sides, top + bottom, left + right, left + right + top, or a single edge (top, bottom, left or right). Layouts are applied automatically, so custom tape positions aren't available.

We print on 2400mm and 1800mm corrugated plastic sheets, with the flutes running along the 2400mm or 1800mm edge. When your size fits on the sheet either way, you can choose Horizontal, Vertical or Varied. Varied lets us mix flute directions within the order to fit the most signs on each sheet, which keeps the cost down. If the signs need to match, choose that direction.
