This product is available exclusively on White and Clear BOPP stocks, supplied on a single continuous roll with a 312mm wide core and 76mm inner. White BOPP supports indoor gloss or matt laminate finishes. Clear BOPP includes the option to print with White ink for enhanced visibility and design flexibility.

Labels are cut using precise digital technology, resulting in clean edges with no visible white borders. They are delivered waste removed, ready to apply straight from the roll. Plus thanks to our advanced cutting capabilities, we can produce almost any custom die line you supply. Our Labels on Rolls (312mm Wide Core) are printed on premium-grade materials using the latest Durst Tau RSC UV technology. This setup allows for multiple lanes across the full 312mm print width, producing high-quality labels with exceptional consistency and vibrant colour. Each roll is wound on a 76mm (3-inch) core, ready for automatic or manual application.

You can choose from a range of materials, including White, Clear, or Silver BOPP for waterproof, durable applications, or Paper for cost-effective, dry-use environments. Every label is precision cut, wound, and checked for clean edges, ensuring easy peeling and reliable performance through any production process.

What materials do you offer for this product?

We offer White and ClearBOPP on this product. BOPP materials are waterproof and durable, perfect for food, beverage, and cosmetic packaging. Paper is suitable for dry, indoor applications and short-term promotions.

Are these labels waterproof?

Yes. BOPP labels are fully waterproof and resistant to oils, moisture, and light.

Do you print white ink?

Yes. We print a solid, bright white using our Durst Tau RSC press. It creates an even base layer that makes colours stand out beautifully on clear and metallic materials. The white can be applied behind colours for opacity or used selectively for special effects.

How many lanes can my label job run across?

This setup runs as a single lane using the full 312mm print width. The maximum label width is 291mm. Because it’s a fixed single-core configuration we fit as many labels across per roll. It also 1 kind on each roll.

I need the rolls split with a set quantity per roll — can you do this?

We don’t offer set quantities per roll. Each job is printed continuously and split automatically by our system. To receive smaller rolls, you’ll need to submit separate kinds through our portal, each will generate its own roll batch.

Are these labels suitable for automatic application?

No this product is not ideal for automatic machine application, we recommend getting the labels on rolls product and selecting a machine application configuration.

Can I order multiple kinds in one job?

Yes. Our system supports limited kinds per job at a cost.

Can I get a sample roll first?

You can order a small run to test material, adhesion, or print quality before placing a larger job. It’s an easy way to check performance in your packaging line.

What are the lead times?

Orders under $2,000 + GST are typically dispatched within two business days. Each additional $1,000 in order value adds around one extra business day. Your exact dispatch date will appear before checkout.

Do you offer trade accounts?

All orders are prepaid unless you hold an approved trade account. Trade accounts are available for resellers with consistent spend and payment reliability.

Do you guarantee delivery times?

We meet or exceed our stated production dates in over 99% of orders. While courier delays are out of our control, our dispatch performance is highly consistent.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off 312mm wide core label orders?

No. Labels on Roll with a 312mm wide core must be ordered using the configurations and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off changes outside of those parameters. Wide core production requires specific press setups, handling processes, and finishing controls to ensure consistent winding, stability, and compatibility with downstream equipment, and our system reflects those requirements. We do not offer manual overrides or off-system processing for individual wide core jobs, as this impacts production accuracy and scheduling. If you have an ongoing requirement or see consistent demand across multiple customers, we welcome that feedback for long-term review.
