White BOPP is a strong, water-resistant synthetic material that delivers excellent durability. Labels are printed with high precision, making them perfect for applications like branded packaging, barcodes and QR codes. With 1200dpi resolution and a 2 picoliter drop size, even fine details stay crisp and easy to read. UV inks provide long-lasting outdoor performance, with labels lasting over 6 months outside without the need for lamination. For added protection or a tailored finish, indoor gloss and matt laminate options are also available.

Labels are cut using precise digital technology, resulting in clean edges and no visible white borders. They are delivered waste removed, so they’re ready to apply straight from the roll. You can choose between hand or machine application, with machine application allowing you to select the label orientation that best suits your setup.

Thanks to our advanced cutting technology, we can produce almost any custom die line you supply. This flexibility has enabled us to build one of Australia's largest die libraries, giving you access to a huge range of shapes and sizes without added setup costs. All labels are supplied on 76mm cores.

White BOPP Labels on Roll

Our White BOPP Labels on Rolls are made from a premium polypropylene film designed for durability, flexibility, and moisture resistance. They’re the go-to option for trade resellers who need high-quality labels that look sharp and hold strong in almost any environment.

Printed using advanced Durst Tau RSC UV technology, these labels deliver vibrant colours, crisp text, and long-lasting adhesion. The white base provides a clean, opaque background that makes every design stand out ideal for food and beverage packaging, cosmetics, and general product labelling.

Each roll is wound on a 76mm core and cut to your exact size, ready for use in automatic label applicators or manual application. Whether you’re ordering small runs or large production quantities, you’ll get consistent quality, smooth rolling, and easy peeling every time.

Fridgeproof and Moisture-Resistant

White BOPP labels are fully fridgeproof and built to perform in cold or humid environments. The synthetic film and UV-cured inks stay smooth and vibrant even when exposed to condensation or refrigeration. They won’t peel, fade, or wrinkle, keeping your products looking clean and professional from packing to display.

Easy Peeling

Our labels are cut with precision so the blade never slices into the backing paper. The liner stays intact, making every label easy to peel without tearing or curling. This simple detail makes application faster and more reliable, especially for trade resellers running large, repeat jobs.

No White Edge

Even though we laser cut, our process doesn’t leave a white edge on dark or full-colour artwork. Each cut is perfectly clean through the print layer, keeping colours strong and consistent right to the edge. This ensures every label looks sharp and professional, no matter the design.

Sustainability

Low-VOC UV Printing

Our Durst Tau RSC printers use low-VOC UV inks that meet environmental standards while delivering rich, durable colour. The LED curing process uses less energy than traditional methods, reducing emissions and improving efficiency.

Solar-Powered Production

Every roll is printed in our Melbourne facility powered by a 99 kW solar system. This renewable energy covers most of our daytime production, helping reduce our carbon footprint with every print run.

Locally Printed in Australia

All White BOPP Labels are printed, cut, and finished locally in Melbourne. Local production reduces freight emissions and supports faster turnaround times for trade resellers nationwide.

Material Efficiency

We optimise layouts to reduce offcuts and waste. Every roll is printed edge-to-edge with tight nesting, and the liner and core materials can be recycled through the proper collection streams.

FAQ

All labels in this product are printed on White BOPP film. It’s a strong, waterproof synthetic material designed for long-lasting performance. The white base gives you an opaque, bright surface that makes colours stand out clearly on any product.
Yes. White BOPP labels are completely waterproof and resist oils, condensation, and light cleaning. They hold up well on bottles, jars, refrigerated packaging, and other moisture-prone surfaces.
Yes. We meet or exceed our published production dates on more than 99% of orders. While courier delays are outside our control, our dispatch times are highly reliable.
No. Once a job enters production, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your artwork and quantities before confirming.
The number of lanes your job runs across depends on your label width and how many cores fit across the press. Our system automatically determines this for the most efficient setup and best pricing. If your labels are wide, we’ll run a single lane using the full 312mm print area, giving a maximum label width of 308mm. For smaller labels, multiple lanes can run side by side — for example, two lanes fit labels up to 152mm wide, three lanes up to 100mm, four up to 74mm, five up to 58mm, and six up to 48mm. Because the machine runs in fixed sets, the number of kinds per lot is tied to the number of cores used. So if your job runs three cores across, you can only order in multiples of three kinds such as 3, 6, 9, or 12. This keeps your job consistent and efficient during production.
No, this is handled automatically by our system. The number of lanes is based on the label width and machine configuration, which ensures your job runs at the most efficient speed and quality. The number of kinds per lot is linked to how many cores are used in that run. For example, if your order uses three lanes, you’ll need to order in multiples of three kinds. This setup keeps every lane balanced, reduces waste, and ensures your labels are printed, cut, and packed perfectly across every roll.
Yes. You can order a small run to test print quality, adhesion, or colour accuracy before placing a larger job. This is useful for confirming performance in your own packaging process.
Yes. You can select unwind direction and 76mm (3-inch) core options during checkout. This ensures the rolls feed correctly into your equipment.
Yes. All White BOPP rolls are finished with tight edge alignment and even tension for use in automatic label applicators. They also peel smoothly for hand application.
We can cut simple shapes like circles, ovals, rectangles, or rounded squares. Each design can have up to five corners, and all corners require a slight radius to ensure the labels peel smoothly and don’t lift on the roll.
Orders under $2,000 + GST are typically dispatched within two business days. Larger runs add around one business day per additional $1,000 in order value. Your exact dispatch date will always appear before checkout.
Yes. Trade accounts are available for resellers who meet our monthly spend and payment reliability requirements. Otherwise, all orders are prepaid at checkout.

No. White BOPP label orders must be placed using the material options, finishes, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make one-off adjustments outside of those settings. White BOPP labels are produced using defined workflows to ensure consistent opacity, colour reproduction, and adhesive performance, particularly for high-volume or automated applications. Our system rules reflect what can be delivered reliably and repeatably at scale, and we do not have a workaround for bypassing those settings for individual jobs. If you regularly source alternative BOPP specifications in volume or identify broader customer demand, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a long-term system improvement.

White BOPP label jobs are limited in the number of artworks per order so they can be processed efficiently through our automated press, finishing, and dispatch systems. Each additional artwork increases the number of rolls produced, which impacts handling and freight calculations, particularly where free delivery applies. To ensure consistent outcomes and reliable turnaround, our system enforces limits on artworks and roll counts, with larger or more complex jobs requiring separation into multiple orders.

White BOPP labels are produced using fixed lane configurations across our 312mm wide stock, and all rolls in a job must contain labels of the same size and shape so they finish with equal diameters. This is essential for smooth weeding and winding without machine interruption. In some cases, this means quantities need to be rounded up to fully populate the required number of rolls. We do not provide binning services, so where exact per-customer quantities are required, we recommend delivering the labels to you for redistribution and retaining any surplus for future use.
