Fixed Height Mesh – All Edge Finish
Mesh Banners are the perfect signage solution for outdoor environments exposed to wind. Made from perforated material, these banners allow air to flow through, reducing wind resistance and preventing the “sail effect” that can damage traditional vinyl banners. This airflow keeps your banner stable and your message visible in all weather conditions.
Widely used in the construction and events industries, Mesh Banners are ideal for site fencing, scaffolding, and large-format outdoor advertising. At Mediapoint, we offer standard 2.4m wide fence panels as well as 50m banner rolls, giving you flexible options for any site.
Our Mesh Banner range includes:
- 12×12 mesh – Premium fine-knit for sharper image detail
- 9×9 mesh – Balanced airflow and print clarity
- 6×6 mesh – Larger knit for maximum wind resistance
All mesh options are printed using high-resolution UV inks for durable, long-lasting results.

FAQ
Yes thanks to their durable PVC mesh construction and reinforced welded edges, these banners are suitable for reuse across multiple projects or events. The eyelets are made from recyclable polypropylene, which won’t rust or degrade like metal. When stored rolled and handled with care, banners can last for many uses depending on environmental conditions.
Mesh banners should always be installed under proper tension to prevent flapping and reduce the risk of tearing. They must be secured tightly at all reinforced eyelet points using cable ties, rope, or approved fasteners — especially along all edges. Banners that are left loose or unsupported can flap excessively, creating strain well beyond the mesh’s rated wind tolerance.
If tearing occurs, it usually means the banner was subjected to wind loads above the recommended limits, as outlined in our product specifications. In such cases, Mediapoint does not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper installation, lack of bracing, or extreme weather exposure. Always match the mesh grade and eyelet spacing to the wind conditions of your site, and ensure the fence or structure is stable and able to hold tension across the full length of the banner.
Yes. Our system is built specifically for trade resellers and includes full white-label support. You can upload your logo, which we’ll include on the packaging label for brand consistency. We also allow you to attach any required shipping documents, such as packing slips or delivery notes, which are included with the shipment.
All orders are blind shipped, meaning your customer will never see Mediapoint’s branding, only yours. This ensures a seamless and professional experience for your end client, while protecting your reseller relationship.
Our banners are finished with clear polypropylene Plastgrommet® eyelets, which offer several advantages over traditional metal eyelets. Polypropylene is rust-proof, UV-stable, and won’t corrode or stain the banner material over time making it ideal for outdoor use. These eyelets are also lighter and safer to handle, especially in high-traffic areas or construction sites where metal can pose a scratching hazard.
From a sustainability perspective, polypropylene eyelets are fully recyclable and reduce the environmental impact of mixed-material waste. They also allow us to finish banners faster and more efficiently using automated equipment, which keeps turnaround times short and costs low without compromising durability.
No. Fixed Height Mesh with All Edge Finish must be ordered using the configurations and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to adjust edge finishing, processing steps, or lead times for one-off requests outside of those settings. All-edge finishing is a defined production workflow designed to deliver consistent reinforcement, durability, and neat presentation across the full perimeter, and it needs to run through our standardised process to ensure quality and predictable turnaround. We do not offer off-system finishing or manual shortcuts for individual jobs, as that undermines scheduling and consistency across trade production. If you have an improvement idea, are purchasing an alternative mesh finishing style in volume elsewhere, or see wider demand across multiple customers, we invite you to share that with us for long-term review.
Fixed Height Mesh with All Edge Finish is designed around standard heights that allow us to batch multiple orders together on master rolls and process them in a continuous, high-efficiency workflow. By running both printing and full perimeter finishing through our Plastgrommet All In One Finishing machine, we can maintain consistent quality while achieving very high throughput. This production efficiency reduces setup time, handling, and waste, enabling us to offer stronger pricing and improved reseller margins compared to custom height mesh. Where a non-standard height is required, those jobs must be produced separately using specific stock options, which limits batching efficiency and results in higher production costs reflected in the pricing.
