PVC Vinyl Banners with Eyelets and Rope

PVC Vinyl Banners with Eyelets and Rope offer the ultimate in flexibility and durability for indoor and outdoor signage. Each banner is hemmed on all four sides and finished with clear, non-rust polypropylene eyelets for easy installation using cable ties, hooks, screws, or rope. In addition to eyelets, a 6mm white polypropylene rope is enclosed within the top and bottom hems, with approximately 1.5 metres of excess rope extending from each side. This gives you added options for securing the banner across fences, poles, or open spans.

The rope ends are heat-sealed to prevent fraying, and the combined eyelet and rope finish allows for multiple installation methods to suit various environments such as construction sites, event perimeters, building facades, and temporary fencing.

Printed on durable 510gsm vinyl stock with high-resolution UV-cured inks, these banners are built to handle harsh weather while maintaining bold, vibrant visuals. Available in custom sizes up to 2400mm high and 21 metres long, they provide a premium and versatile solution for high-impact signage where strength and installation flexibility are important.

PVC Vinyl Banners with Eyelets and Rope

Our PVC Vinyl Banners with Eyelets and Rope combine full edge finishing with added tensioning strength. Each banner is heat-welded and fitted with clear Plastgrommet® eyelets around all four sides, plus integrated rope sealed into the top and bottom hems. The rope extends 1.5m at either end, making it easy to secure the banner in high-stress installations or across longer spans. Printed on durable 510gsm PVC with UV-cured matte ink, these banners are ideal for construction sites, events, and retail use where secure tensioning and weather resistance are essential.

Tension-Ready for Heavy-Duty Installations

Each banner includes rope heat-sealed along the top and bottom hems, protruding at both ends to allow direct tying onto fences or poles. This adds structural stability and makes installation faster without extra hardware. Combined with reinforced edges and eyelets, this design offers outstanding tensioning performance

All-Weather Outdoor Durability

Constructed from 510gsm waterproof PVC, heat welded, and printed with Durst UV-cured ink, these banners are built to last. The matte finish resists glare, while the sealed edges and reinforced rope withstand wind and environmental exposure for long-term outdoor display.

Printed with Durst UV Matte Ink

Using our Durst UV LED press, these banners deliver excellent image sharpness and colour consistency. The UV ink bonds directly to the PVC surface, creating a scratch-resistant, fade-resistant finish with minimal gloss for visibility in bright light.

Sustainability

Low-VOC UV Ink Technology

Our UV printing process uses energy-efficient LED curing and VOC-free inks, reducing harmful emissions. It’s a cleaner, more sustainable way to produce outdoor signage with no compromise on performance.

Efficient Finishing = Less Waste

By embedding rope directly into welded hems, we reduce the need for additional eyelets or mounting parts. Our banners are cut efficiently from high-yield rolls to minimise waste, and use recyclable polypropylene rope for added sustainability.

Long-Term Reuse

With durable materials and reinforced finishes, these banners can be rolled up and reused for different jobs or campaigns. This longevity reduces the frequency of reprints, saving cost and cutting down on material use.

FAQ

This finishing method includes hot-air welded hems on all four sides, clear eyelets for traditional mounting, and built-in rope that runs along the top and bottom hems. The rope extends roughly 1.5m on either side, giving you added flexibility to tension or tie the banner securely.
Rope-reinforced banners are perfect for scenarios requiring tensioned mounting, such as spanning large fence areas or setups where zip ties or bungee cords aren’t enough. The integrated rope makes for quicker installs and holds better under wind stress.
We use 6mm polypropylene rope, lightweight, durable, and weatherproof. It's welded into the top and bottom hems for secure tensioning and won’t stretch or degrade outdoors.
Use the rope extensions to tie the banner directly onto poles, railings or through eyelets. You can also combine the rope with the eyelets using zip ties or cords to create extra tension. This system avoids the need for eyelet-only mounting, which can sometimes sag in long spans.
No. The rope is heat-sealed inside the banner during welding and cannot be repositioned or removed. If you need a different finishing style, consider our standard eyelet or unfinished banner options.
Yes. We print with UV-cured inks designed for long-term outdoor use. They resist fading, water, and abrasion. Combined with the matte finish, your graphics remain crisp and visible even under direct sun and rain.
We use our Durst 512R UV LED press to produce high-resolution, full-colour banners with a matte, anti-glare finish. The ink bonds to the PVC instantly and is fully cured without lamination.
Yes, banners with eyelets and rope are available in a range of preset configurations. While the rope position is fixed (top and bottom), you can select from various sizes that best suit your application.
Absolutely. All banners can be shipped white-label with your branding, packing slip, or shipping note included. Our blind shipping ensures your business remains front and centre, without any Mediapoint branding.

No. PVC Vinyl Banner with Eyelets and Rope orders must be placed using the finishing configurations and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off requests outside of those options. Combined finishing involves defined processes for reinforcement and fit-for-purpose durability, and the system settings reflect what we can produce consistently while maintaining quality control and predictable lead times. We do not offer manual overrides or off-system finishing for individual jobs, including special edge requests or accelerated turnaround. If you have an improvement suggestion, are purchasing similar combined finishes in volume elsewhere, or believe there is sustained demand across customers, we welcome that feedback for long-term review.

PVC Vinyl Banners with Eyelets and Rope combine two finishing processes that must be completed manually, as this configuration cannot be run through our automated finishing equipment. Each banner requires individual handling to install rope reinforcement and apply eyelets in precise positions, often involving two to three operators to complete the process efficiently and safely. This increases production time, labour cost, and handling compared to standard eyeleted banners that can be batched and automated. These additional production requirements are factored into the pricing and reflect the higher durability and reinforcement this finish provides.
