Job Summary
Standee
Our Standees are full-size printed displays designed to grab attention in retail, event, and promotional spaces. Printed directly onto various options using UV technology, they deliver vibrant, photo-quality colour on a smooth matte surface. Each standee is lightweight, rigid, and easy to set up giving your customers a professional presentation piece that stands on its own.
Every Standee includes a foldable backing strut that locks into place, so the display stays upright and stable without any additional hardware. They’re ideal for in-store promotions, trade shows, shopping centre displays, and event photo boards.
Because they’re made from recyclable screenboard, Standees are a sustainable and high-impact solution for visual marketing, combining strong print quality with simple, eco-friendly construction.

FAQ
No. Standee orders must be placed using the sizes, material options, and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually process one-off requests outside of those options. Standees are produced using structured print, cut, and assembly workflows to ensure correct fit, stability, and presentation, and our production scheduling relies on those defined processes to deliver reliable lead times across trade volumes. We do not have a workaround for bypassing the system for individual standee jobs, as doing so introduces risk to quality control and assembly accuracy. If you have feedback based on repeat usage, regular volume, or a broader customer requirement, we welcome that input for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.

Standee Artwork Requirements
Artwork guide for standees, outlining base requirements, centre clearance, and correct setup to ensure stability.
Standee Artwork Guidelines
This document outlines the required artwork setup and file preparation standards for Standee products, including bleed and trim box setup, colour mode, file format requirements, overprint handling, and Thru-cut setup for custom shapes or holes. Following these guidelines ensures artwork is supplied print-ready and helps minimise production delays, errors, or issues during printing and finishing.
Corrugated Plastic Technical Material Datasheet
This technical datasheet outlines the material specifications of the corrugated plastic stock used for Standee displays, including material composition, available thicknesses, sheet weights, mechanical properties, and service temperature range. Manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene copolymer, this lightweight yet durable substrate is well suited to freestanding indoor application.
FOREX®lite Foamed PVC Technical Material Datasheet
This technical datasheet outlines the material specifications of FOREX®lite foamed PVC sheets, including available thicknesses, density, mechanical properties, fire behaviour classifications, and service temperature range. Featuring a lightweight closed-cell structure with a smooth print surface, FOREX®lite is suitable for high-quality digital printing and is commonly used for indoor where reduced weight is preferred.
KAPAplast Technical Material Datasheet
This technical datasheet outlines the material specifications of KAPA®plast lightweight boards, including panel construction, available thicknesses, density, mechanical properties, and thermal performance. Featuring a rigid PUR foam core with plastic-coated, primer-finished surfaces, KAPAplast is designed for high-quality digital and screen printing and is well suited to indoor signage, display, model making, and exhibition applications where low weight and surface stability are required.
