We use 3mm corrugated plastic which is lightweight, weather resistant, and durable enough for repeated use. Each Bollard Sign arrives pre-creased, pre-cut, and ready to go. The panels are produced to standard template sizes 270 mm × 1000 mm or 300 mm × 1200 mm which fit common bollards found in shopping centres and car parks. The vertical flute direction allows the sign to bend neatly around the post, so assembly is quick, accurate, and requires no special tools. Simply wrap, tape, and your display is ready to promote in minutes.

Recyclable Material

Our Bollard Signs are printed on polypropylene corrugated plastic, a durable material that can be recycled through specialist recycling streams where available. Its long life and strong weather resistance help reduce waste by allowing multiple uses over time.

Solar-Powered Production

We print using power generated from our 99 kW solar system, which supplies most of our daytime energy. By using renewable energy to run our UV printers and cutting tables, we reduce our carbon footprint with every job produced.

All Bollard Signs are printed using Durst UV inks that are Greenguard-certified for low VOC emissions. These inks are cured instantly under LED lamps, producing no ozone or harmful solvent fumes. What material are Bollard Signs made from?

We print on 3mm corrugated plastic (also known as polypropylene fluteboard), which is lightweight, waterproof, and durable. It’s strong enough to stay in shape outdoors and flexible enough to fold around a standard bollard.

What sizes are available?

We offer two standard template sizes: 270 mm x 1000 mm and 300 mm x 1200 mm. These have been designed to fit common bollard types found across retail car parks and shopping centres. Each template includes pre-set folds and panel spacing for an accurate fit.

Can I choose the flute direction?

The flute direction runs vertically so the sign can bend naturally around the bollard without cracking or tearing. This makes application quick and helps the sign stay secure once fixed in place.

Can these be reused?

Yes, Bollard Signs can be reused if they’re handled carefully. Because the material is waterproof and UV-stable, you can remove and re-apply them for short-term campaigns as long as the folds and corners remain intact.

What are the lead times?

If your artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, Bollard Signs under $500 + GST are usually dispatched within two business days. For every additional $500 + GST, add one extra business day to production. For example, an order under $1,000 + GST would take three business days, while an order under $2,000 + GST would take four business days. The exact dispatch date always appears in your account before checkout, so you’ll know exactly when your signs will leave our factory.

Can I order just one sign?

Yes, you can order a single Bollard Sign or large quantities for national rollouts. Our automated system handles both efficiently without minimum order requirements.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is submitted, it enters production immediately. Because of this, we can’t make changes or cancellations after submission. Please confirm artwork, size, and quantity carefully before checkout.

Do you offer delivery to multiple addresses?

No, each job is delivered to one address only. This keeps production and shipping fast for all customers. If you need multiple deliveries, we can recommend logistics partners who already work with our trade network.

Do you offer design or setup help?

We don’t offer artwork setup or design assistance, as we only print for trade resellers. Our system automatically checks your files for missing bleed or incorrect trim boxes to prevent delays.

Do you guarantee delivery times?

We aim to meet or beat all quoted dispatch times. Over ninety-nine percent of orders leave our factory on or before schedule. While courier delays are outside our control, we work with trusted carriers to ensure reliability and give you an accurate delivery date.

Do you offer trade accounts?

All orders are prepaid unless you have an approved trade account. Accounts are available for resellers who meet our monthly spend criteria and maintain a good payment history.

Can I order a sample?

Yes, you can order one Bollard Sign as a sample to test fit, print quality, and material before proceeding with a larger campaign.
