Labels are printed with exceptional precision at 1200dpi and a 2 picoliter drop size, ensuring even the finest details appear sharp and clear. UV inks provide lasting durability, with labels performing outdoors for over 6 months without needing lamination. For indoor applications, gloss and matt laminate options are available to add protection or tailor the finish to suit your design.

Labels are cut using precise digital technology, resulting in smooth edges with no visible white borders. They are delivered waste removed, so they’re ready to apply straight from the roll. You can choose between hand or machine application, with machine application allowing you to select the label orientation that best suits your setup.

Thanks to our advanced cutting technology, we can produce almost any custom die line you supply. This flexibility has enabled us to build one of Australia's largest die libraries, giving you access to a wide range of shapes and sizes without added setup costs. All labels are supplied on 76mm cores.

Every label is printed using high-resolution Durst Tau RSC UV technology for crisp text, vibrant colour, and smooth gradients. When needed, we can apply a layer of white ink beneath the artwork to make colours stand out against the metallic base, or leave it off for a brushed foil effect. Each roll is finished on a 76mm core, wound for clean, consistent tension ready for both automatic and manual application.

This product is printed exclusively on Silver BOPP film a metallic polypropylene material that’s waterproof, durable, and designed for high-quality label applications. The reflective surface creates a premium look ideal for luxury and retail products.

Do you print white ink on Silver BOPP?

Yes. We can print a dense, even white layer wherever needed to make colours opaque and stand out clearly on the metallic base. The white can be applied selectively or behind all artwork depending on your design.

Are Silver BOPP labels waterproof?

Yes. The polypropylene film and UV-cured inks make these labels fully waterproof and resistant to moisture, oils, and light handling. They’re perfect for beverages, chilled packaging, and outdoor display items.

Can I order custom shapes?

Yes. We can cut simple shapes like circles, ovals, or rounded rectangles. Complex or sharp-edged shapes aren’t supported as they may lift during application.

Are these labels suitable for automatic applicators?

Yes. When you select the machine-applied settings at checkout, your rolls are produced with precise edge alignment, tension, and winding direction for reliable use in automatic applicators. They’re also easy to peel and apply by hand.

Can I request specific roll quantities?

No. We don’t offer set quantities per roll. Each job runs as one continuous print and is automatically split by our system. To receive smaller rolls, you can submit multiple kinds through our portal.

What are the lead times?

Orders under $2,000 + GST are usually dispatched within two business days. Larger orders add roughly one business day for each additional $1,000 in order value. Your dispatch date is always shown before checkout.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. Trade accounts are available for resellers who meet our monthly spend and reliability criteria. Otherwise, all orders are prepaid through the portal.

Do you guarantee dispatch times?

Yes. Over 99% of our jobs are dispatched on or before their scheduled date. While courier delays can happen, our production system ensures consistent turnaround.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once a job enters production, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Please check your artwork and order details carefully before submitting.

Can you make exceptions to finishes or turnaround times for one-off silver BOPP label orders?

No. Silver BOPP label orders must be placed using the finishes and turnaround times available in our system at the time of ordering, and we’re unable to make exceptions or manually process one-off requests outside of those options. Metallic label production relies on precise press setup and finishing controls to ensure consistent reflectivity, ink coverage, and registration, and our system reflects the requirements needed to achieve that at scale. We do not have a workaround for bypassing system rules for individual metallic label jobs, as this impacts quality control and production flow. If you see an opportunity driven by repeat volume or broader customer need, we welcome that feedback for long-term review.

Why is there a limit on the number of artworks or kinds per job?

Silver BOPP label jobs are limited in artwork count to maintain consistent production quality and efficient handling. Metallic materials require controlled processing, and each additional artwork increases roll output and freight complexity. To ensure reliability and predictable delivery, our system enforces limits on the number of artworks per job, with higher-complexity orders needing to be split for processing.

Why do label quantities need to align with roll and lane configurations?

Silver BOPP labels are produced using fixed lane layouts, and all rolls within a job must contain labels of the same size and shape to maintain equal roll diameters. This is critical to prevent winding issues or machine jams during finishing. As a result, some orders may require rounding quantities up to fully populate the required rolls. We do not offer binning services, so we recommend either selling the additional labels as added value or taking delivery yourself to redistribute quantities as needed.
