Paper Labels on Roll
With 1200dpi resolution and a 2 picoliter drop size, even the smallest elements remain clear and legible. These labels are best suited for short to medium-term use in dry, indoor environments.
Labels are cut with precision using digital technology, producing clean edges with no visible white borders. They are delivered waste removed and ready to apply straight from the roll. You can choose between hand or machine application, with machine application allowing you to select the label orientation that best suits your setup.
Thanks to our advanced cutting technology, we can produce almost any custom die line you supply. This flexibility has enabled us to build one of Australia's largest die libraries, giving you access to a wide range of shapes and sizes without added setup costs. All labels are supplied on 76mm cores.
Please note that lamination and white ink are not available for this stock.

FAQ
Paper labels are produced using fixed lane configurations, and all rolls in a job must have identical label dimensions so they wind evenly and finish at the same diameter. This ensures reliable weeding, winding, and packing without production issues. In some cases, this means quantities need to be increased to suit the required number of rolls. We do not offer binning or splitting services, so where exact quantities are required, we recommend having the labels delivered to you to divide and reuse remaining stock on future orders.
No. Paper label orders must be placed using the paper stocks, finishes, and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to accommodate one-off changes outside of those settings. Paper labels are produced using structured workflows to ensure consistent print quality, die cutting accuracy, and reliable roll winding, and our scheduling depends on those defined processes to deliver predictable turnaround across trade volumes. We do not offer a manual workaround for processing off-system paper label requests, as it affects consistency and delivery commitments. If you regularly require a different paper specification in volume or see sustained customer demand, we welcome that feedback for consideration as a long-term system enhancement.
Paper label orders are limited in the number of artworks per job to ensure they can be processed smoothly through our automated production and dispatch workflows. Each artwork increases roll output and handling requirements, which affects production stability and freight planning. To maintain consistent turnaround and delivery reliability, our system enforces defined limits, with more complex jobs needing to be split into separate orders.
