Mesh banners should always be installed under proper tension to prevent flapping and reduce the risk of tearing. They must be secured tightly at all reinforced eyelet points using cable ties, rope, or approved fasteners — especially along all edges. Banners that are left loose or unsupported can flap excessively, creating strain well beyond the mesh’s rated wind tolerance. 

If tearing occurs, it usually means the banner was subjected to wind loads above the recommended limits, as outlined in our product specifications. In such cases, Mediapoint does not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper installation, lack of bracing, or extreme weather exposure. Always match the mesh grade and eyelet spacing to the wind conditions of your site, and ensure the fence or structure is stable and able to hold tension across the full length of the banner.

Yes. Our system is built specifically for trade resellers and includes full white-label support. You can upload your logo, which we’ll include on the packaging label for brand consistency. We also allow you to attach any required shipping documents, such as packing slips or delivery notes, which are included with the shipment.

No. Fixed Height Mesh with All Edge Finish must be ordered using the configurations and turnaround times available in our system, and we’re unable to adjust edge finishing, processing steps, or lead times for one-off requests outside of those settings. All-edge finishing is a defined production workflow designed to deliver consistent reinforcement, durability, and neat presentation across the full perimeter, and it needs to run through our standardised process to ensure quality and predictable turnaround. We do not offer off-system finishing or manual shortcuts for individual jobs, as that undermines scheduling and consistency across trade production. By running both printing and full perimeter finishing through our Plastgrommet All In One Finishing machine, we can maintain consistent quality while achieving very high throughput. This production efficiency reduces setup time, handling, and waste, enabling us to offer stronger pricing and improved reseller margins compared to custom height mesh. Where a non-standard height is required, those jobs must be produced separately using specific stock options, which limits batching efficiency and results in higher production costs reflected in the pricing.
