We manufacture Toblerone Signs from durable 5mm corrugated plastic and finish them with Velcro so they can be opened and closed repeatedly without damage. Available in set sizes, these signs are easy to design for using our supplied templates. Each sign is printed in full colour using UV technology for sharp, vibrant graphics that hold up under indoor and outdoor lighting. The Toblerone design allows for maximum visibility, making them ideal for directional signage, retail promotions, or temporary event messaging.

Available in three standard template sizes 1200 mm x 600 mm, 1800 mm x 400 mm, and 2400 mm x 400 mm. These displays are easy to assemble, store, and transport. They ship flat and can be folded along the pre-creased lines to lock securely into shape, ready to display in minutes.

Ready to Assemble

Each Toblerone Sign is printed, pre-cut, and pre-creased to one of our standard template sizes 1200 mm x 600 mm, 1800 mm x 400 mm, or 2400 mm x 400 mm. The flutes run vertically, allowing the material to fold smoothly along the creases for easy setup. Assembly takes only minutes fold along the lines, tape the edges, and the sign is ready to stand tall and promote your message.

Printed with Low-VOC Durst UV Inks

What sizes are available?

We offer three standard template sizes: 1200 mm x 600 mm, 1800 mm x 400 mm, and 2400 mm x 400 mm. These cover most common display applications, from small countertop stands to large freestanding floor displays.

How do I assemble them?

Each Toblerone Sign is shipped flat with pre-creased fold lines. To assemble, simply fold along the creases and secure the joining edge with double-sided tape or clear adhesive tape. The triangular shape locks into position, giving you a stable, self-standing display.

Can I include multiple kinds in one job?

Yes, you can include unlimited kinds with no additional cost — even if the quantities between designs are uneven. This makes it easy to print several artwork variations for different stores or messages under one order.

Can Toblerone Signs be reused?

Yes, if handled carefully, they can be reused for future campaigns. The durable plastic material and strong UV print mean they can be stored flat and reassembled as needed without damage.

Are these suitable for outdoor use?

They are designed for indoor and semi-outdoor use. While the material is waterproof and UV-resistant, strong winds or prolonged rain exposure may reduce stability.

What are the lead times?

If your artwork is approved before our daily cut-off, Toblerone Signs under $500 + GST are usually dispatched within two business days. For every additional $500 + GST in order value, add one business day to production. For example, an order under $1,000 + GST would take three business days. Your exact dispatch date always appears before checkout.

Can I order just one sign?

Yes, you can order one Toblerone Sign or as many as you need. We don’t have minimum order quantities, so you can test a sample or produce a full campaign the pricing remains consistent across kinds.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order enters production, we can’t make changes or cancellations. Our workflow is automated to ensure fast turnaround. Please review your artwork and details carefully before confirming your order.

Do you offer delivery to multiple addresses?

No, each job is delivered to a single address. This helps us maintain efficiency and meet dispatch deadlines. If you need to distribute across multiple locations, we can recommend trusted 3PL partners.

Do you provide artwork setup help?

We don’t offer design or setup assistance since we work exclusively with trade resellers. However, our automated preflight system checks for missing bleed or incorrect trim boxes to ensure smooth production.

Do you offer trade accounts?

All orders are prepaid unless you have an approved trade account. Accounts are available to resellers who reach our minimum spend level and maintain a good payment history.

Do you guarantee dispatch times?

Yes, we aim to meet or beat the dispatch date listed at checkout. Over ninety-nine percent of orders leave on time. While courier delays are beyond our control, we only use reliable carriers with consistent performance.
