Kiss Cut Sticker Sheet
Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets are ideal when you need between 1 to 5 simple-shaped stickers on a single sheet - perfect for easier handling, packaging, or resale. Each sticker is kiss cut with a minimum 5mm internal margin from the edge of the sheet, allowing for easy peeling and application. (You can allow for a larger margin if you prefer in your artwork setup)
We digitally print and cut every sheet, so you can order in small runs or large volumes with fast turnaround. All stickers are printed on durable PVC vinyl, making them water-resistant and suitable for short to medium-term outdoor use. Lamination is optional for added protection and longer life.

FAQ
What kiss cut shapes are allowed?
We allow simple shapes with a single contour line, featuring no more than 5 points or sharp curves. This covers most modern logos and designs, giving you flexibility while ensuring clean, accurate cutting.
How many stickers can I place on each sheet?
You can include up to 5 simple-shaped kiss cut stickers per sheet. Orders with more than 5 will be rejected in production, as this product and its pricing are not designed for higher quantities per sheet.
What is the minimum and maximum sheet size for Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets?
The minimum sheet size we offer is 50mm x 50mm, which refers to the outer square or rectangle (your kiss cut stickers can be smaller within this). The maximum sheet size is 500mm x 500mm.
What size should I enter when quoting?
Please enter your desired finished sheet size. Make sure to add 10mm to both the width and height of your kiss cut shape to account for the outer sheet margin. For example, if your kiss cut sticker is 60mm x 60mm, enter 70mm x 70mm as the final size in the system. If your order proceeds, you will need to setup the artwork correctly as per our artwork guide.
Can I include multiple artworks in one job?
We only allow one artwork file per job. This is because our pricing is built to maximise your margin through a fully automated prepress workflow, which processes one design per lot. Even if the sheet size is the same, each artwork requires its own separate job. This structure helps us keep costs down and turnaround times fast.
Do you offer artwork setup or design services?
As a 100% trade-only supplier, we do not provide in-house design or prepress support. To keep our pricing low and maximise your reseller margins, we rely on a fully automated production process. This means it's essential that all artwork is set up correctly according to our guidelines.
How does lamination help?
Lamination adds a protective layer over the print, shielding it from abrasion, chemicals, and general wear. It can also change the sheen of the sticker (e.g., from gloss to matt or vice versa). On polymeric vinyl, lamination can extend the ink’s outdoor life by 1–2 additional years. Without lamination, our inks are rated for up to 2 years of outdoor exposure. Please note: the lifespan of the material itself may differ from the ink rating.
What is the difference between monomeric and polymeric stocks?
The main difference lies in the manufacturing process and material composition. In general, monomeric vinyl is more cost-effective and suited for short-term use, with an unprinted durability of 1–2 years. Polymeric vinyl offers better stability and is ideal for longer-term applications, with an unprinted lifespan of 3–5 years for custom stickers.
How is the print quality?
We use high-resolution UV digital printing on our Oce Colorado to produce durable, vibrant custom cut stickers—ideal for outdoor use and short runs.
While the quality is excellent for most applications, digital printing can result in a slightly grainier look on solid colours and larger print dots, which may affect the sharpness of very small text.
If your customer is expecting an offset-like finish, our digital process may not be the best fit—but it offers unbeatable flexibility for custom shapes, fast turnarounds, and outdoor durability.

What stock should I choose?
Please refer to the Product Specifications tab for a full breakdown of available stocks. As a general guide, monomeric vinyl is a lower-cost option best suited for short-term promotional stickers, while polymeric vinyl, especially when laminated, is better for longer-term signage due to its enhanced durability and outdoor performance.
Is digital ink solid when printed on clear vinyl?
No, CMYK ink printed on clear vinyl is not solid. Without a white ink underlay, the print will appear translucent, especially when placed on dark surfaces—making it barely visible. Please note: we do not offer white ink with this process, so fully solid prints on clear stock are not available.

A custom kiss cut is included in the price of this product. It needs to be kiss cut to a simple shape of no more than 5 points. More intricate artwork will be rejected.
