Ordering Process

Online Ordering

Step 1: Select products

Browse through our products using the navigation to your left, and add your selected items to your shopping cart. The number of items in your shopping cart will be displayed at the top right hand corner of the page.

Step 2: Place order

Once you have finished selecting the products you'd like to purchase you can place your order by clicking the "Place Order" button at the bottom of your shopping cart page.

Your shipping costs will be calculated manually by our staff. They will be added to your total order at the time of invoicing.

Step 3: Enter order details

If you are a new customer you will need to fill in these details. Select your payment method and submit your information.

Shipping charges will be added to your order. You will be emailed a full tax invoice that outlines product and freight charges. If paying by credit card you will not be charged until this invoice is emailed to you by our accounts department.

Step 4: Supply artwork

Once you have submitted your order please supply your artwork by emailing us at jason@mediapoint.com.au or by using our upload tool.

Wraps and other custom projects

On your first appointment, our sales representative will gather important details about your business and the specific requirements relating to your project. We will also offer our expertise and suggest effective ways of meeting your requirements. Lastly, we will outline the timeline needed to complete the job.

In the next stage of the process, we will provide you with a formal quotation outlining all costs relating to each major component of the job: design, fabrication, installation and delivery.

Once you have approved the quotation our designers will provide designs relating specifically to each aspect of the job. These designs will be laid out over actual photographs or using digital outlines to give you a representation of the finished job.

Once these designs have been approved, we will begin to process and manufacture your order. On a pre-arranged date, depending on what we've agreed to do, we will deliver and/or install your signage. On completion of the job, we will provide an invoice that is due to be paid immediately.
