What is the process for ordering labels from Mediapoint in Australia?
- Obtain a quote either: online, asking a question on the site or emailing us with your specifications
- If the quote meets your needs we will supply a production sample of your artwork for a fee which you can see on our samples page
- We will get you an invoice and once it is handled we will begin printing your order right away
- We will have your order sent out in 2 days (longer for larger orders if specified)
What choices of stock are available for Label Printing?
- We print all of our labels on a vinyl stock which is suitable for both indoors and outdoors. They are UV durable for 3 years and are waterproof. The choices of stock that we have are:
- Gloss Permanent: White gloss stock with a permanent adhesive which will withstand -40 to 100 degrees Celsius temperatures
- Gloss Removable: White gloss removable (within 1 year) stock which is ideal for products where this label will be removable
- Matt Removable: White matte removable (within 1 year) stock which is perfect if you want a label without reflecting light
What are the benefits of Digitally Printed Labels over other processes?
- Lower Setup Costs: Useful for smaller orders
- Artwork Variations: This does not affect your order and we do not charge a per artwork fee

What cant I print by digitally printing my labels?
- With digitally printing your labels with Mediapoint you cannot:
- Have metallic or fluro colours
- Have text under 10 point, you can judge whether this is acceptable via the sample
- Have some solid spot colours
What is the difference between labels and normal stickers?
- With labels, we run it off our printer at a much reduced speed than normal stickers. This is to reduce any issues with smaller text and to make colours appear more solid.
Do you supply labels on rolls?
- Because we do not print with narrow web rolls we cannot supply your labels on rolls. Instead we will have them cut up for you as sheets and sent anywhere in Australia.
Do you do discounts for larger orders?
- Yes we do. Email us with all of your dimensions and quantities and we will batch your order to give you a bigger discount with shipping Australia wide.
Can you match my colour?
- If your file has a pantone colour then we can match this colour closely as our machines have been calibrated. However we cannot match CMYK colours or RGB colours. If you have a colour you want matched but don't have the pantone value then it will be best to send in a sample of a business card or of that colour.
