Application

Application is the process of placing a sticker or label on a substrate. The first stage of the application process is to peel the sticker or label off the backing paper. Ensuring the surface is clean then lay the sticker or label on the surface. The final part of the application process is with a finger or plastic card is to stick the adhesive to the surface with pressure and force.

Application for normal stickers only occurs on flat and smooth surfaces such as glass, metals and painted concrete surfaces. High energy plastics and raw concretes require a special sticker stock. There is no material for application onto raw woods.
