Our budget retractor is an entry level stand. It measures 85cm wide by 200cm high and is perfect for one off events and short term promotions.
The print material used is a generic imported matte synthetic paper which is fine for short term events and is fine if you are not viewing the stand close up. This stock is fine as long as it does not have any dense ink coverage (a lot of blacks and blues). If you are looking for a better print then look at our Economy Retractor.

What is the difference between the Budget and Economy Retractors?
The budget and economy retractable banners use the same stand but the actual prints used are different. The Budget uses a generic Matt Synthetic paper while the Economy uses a premium polypropylene from Switzerland which prints better.
When can I pick the Budget Retractor and not the Economy Retractor?
The budget can be picked if:
- You are not looking for dense colour printing in your artwork (there are a lot of white areas)
- You do not need an exact colour match
- Your stand is being viewed from further than 2 meters and you do not mind banding in some of the dense ink area
Will the Budget Retractor print curl?
The budget material used is still a decent product as we have tested this for a couple of years now and have not experienced curling at the edge of the print like some of our competitors.
This is Mediapoint's cheapest stand, so what can I 'really' expect?
At Mediapoint, we don't put out a product unless we would be happy to spend the money on that product. With this stand, even though this is priced really low, don't be fooled and think this is in the same category as some of the cheaper stands out on the market. At this price you are getting a real value product which will not fall apart after one time setting it up. We have had our stand for over a year and keep using it till this day in our showroom.
