The team at traditional fine food recently came to us for some guidance on getting some uniquely cut labels on rolls.
On top of this request they also needed an easy way to apply their labels onto their products. So to make the process easier they have installed an applicator. For the applicator labels need to be supplied on rolls. The applicator then peels and sticks the labels onto product packaging which it is setup for.
This is a great benefit as countless hours can be spent applying labels on sheets manually by hand. This also leads to a more smooth application as bubbles are basically non-existent. Aligning also is more spot on via an application as everything is aligned the same in your initial setup.
On this particular job the team at Traditional Fine Foods were after 3 sorts of paper labels on rolls. The first were a unique half moon shape with die cut around certain parts of their image. This was no problem due to our digital cutting machines. The other 2 labels were rectangular in shape.
Due to our digital cutting capabilities, we are able to get out label orders faster than other companies. Other suppliers usually need to order in custom die’s which can delay a job by a few weeks whereas we can get an order out just in a few days.
Also because of our digital printing capabilities we are able to print as many colours as we like and this is not limited unlike traditional offset printing.
