One of our neighbouring customers, Imex Creative Products recently came to us in need for a solution to fill their exhibition space. They wanted a large backdrop, a few things to fill their space and also a place to put all of their marketing flyers and brochures. The only kicker in this job was they had a fortnight timeline to have this quoted, designed and produced. Luckily the team at Mediapoint design and print everything in-house so this was not an issue.
In regards to the backdrop Imex needed, our standard 3 x 3 curved pop-up wall was perfect for this space. Measuring 2.3m wide it was sure to fill their 3m x 3m space. Coupled with the fact it came with a carry case which stored most items as well as turning into a display case with storage to hide any important material from the public, this was a great solution. The stand also came with lights and with the matt laminate we use on our prints also increased the appeal of this stand.
In regards to filling the space we also recommended 2 of our Deluxe Retractors for Imex CP. Measuring 1m wide and 2.2m high these 2 stands also filled the front of the stand. In regards to the brochure stands, we were able to provide 2 fantastic stands which were solid and also had 12 x A4 slots and looks very attractive in any stand.
We were able to offer an unbeatable combined rate on this. Luckily our in-house graphic designer Gabby was able to turn around designs and amendments quickly on this project to ensure the customer received their design and displayed all of the info they needed to correctly. Once the design was approved we moved into production.
Before printing any large projects such as a pop-up we like to produce a sample. This is so the customer is 100% happy with the colours which are going to be printed. Once this was approved we were given 3 business days (not including the weekend) to produce this.
Knowing that the customer had a tight deadline Jason and Jamie stayed back on a Saturday to ensure most of this job was completed before the dispatch day. This was to ensure we had enough time to fix any issues as they popped up.
On pickup the customer was really happy with the overall product which was done at a great rate. They were also extremely impressed by how all of the products packed easily into one large carry case and 2 retractor bags making them extremely portable.
