With an A-frame you can talk about your store, mention a special or even display a hot-selling product to get more people walking into your shop. With an A-frame we can attach black board or white board stickers to them so you can regularly update pricing.

The attached A-frame was done for a local florist. Their aim was to let people know about their new store. This combined with all of the flowers in their window was able to demonstrate this.

Mediapoint’s A-frames have a digital print which is laminated on both sides measuring 600mm wide and 900mm high. For more information on pricing please feel free to email us on info@mediapoint.com.au

I am often asked what sort of labels can be stuck straight on to food. The simple answer is that the label must be food friendly and that is something your printer must outline.

Food Labels

Mediapoints stickers are not food friendly and cannot be stuck straight onto foods. An example of such foods are apples which you would find in grocery stores. There are 2 reasons for this. Firstly the adhesive used on the sticker must be food friendly and not contain anything harmful to a person. Because we use strong adhesive which are designed to adhere to surfaces our adhesive is not suitable. The second reason is the actual inks. We use inks which are outdoor durable in sunlight. Because of this the ink is thicker and contains chemicals which are not recommended to be eaten.

If you are looking for labels which are food friendly then you need to find a supplier which advertises as food friendly. The problem with this though is you might need to be looking at getting a larger run of stickers because there is usually a higher cost involved with setting up these sorts of labels.

Check out our labels page for more information on our labels.

These gloss stickers are original and unique for a number of reasons. Firstly the cut line for these stickers cut around the artwork giving a unique shape and feel to the sticker. Also in the artwork the customer has managed to include unique elements which are different to other stickers. Usually shadows and gradients do not work too well with stickers but with the way the customer has adapted their artwork to print they have managed to pull off a unique and eye-catching print.

If your product has pricing on them then our price stickers might be an option in the future. This is especially the case if your product has a long shelf life.

The reason for this is every 6 months to a year, the price of your product is bound to change. This can be influenced by a change in the Australian Dollar or a change in market demand. If this is the case then why pay for new product packaging or totally new labels?

Price Stickers

Instead we can print custom price stickers which you can stick over your existing packaging. The great thing is we can custom cut these to any shape and size. That way a change in price stickers won’t affect your packaging so much. You also have the choice of gloss or matt to suit the way your packaging done.

We have been known in the past to be able to do large runs with price variations. Price stickers have been extremely popular when there has been a fluctuation in the Australian Dollar. Price stickers have also been popular into the new year when pricing changes heavily.

For pricing on custom price stickers checkout our premium stickers for pricing and feel free to email us for a quote.

This is a question we are often asked by customers. When you order our premium stickers you have the choice of going for a glossy or matt stock.

Gloss Stickers

Gloss stock reflects light. Because of this your stickers will have more of a sheen. The benefit of this film as well is that the ink is absorbed better as well. Because of this the material has less of a likelihood of banding and is better for printing smaller text. The actual material is more suited to outdoors as well. Because of the gloss sheen, water runs off the material a lot better than matt stickers.

Matt Stickers

Matt sticker stock on the other hand does not reflect light. Because of this images and text are easier to read. However with the film used ink has a tendency to bleed a lot more on this material. Because of this printing small text is not recommended as it will not be that visible. Also printing rich solid colours on this stock can cause slight banding due to bleeding.

Even though our matt stock is waterproof we recommend our gloss stickers more for outdoors. The reason for this is it has a better protective layer for being waterproof. Both material are printed with our 3 year durable inks.

Find out more about pricing and the quality material we use on our stickers page.

With your display stand, you will be asking questions. Such as what should I fill my space with? What do I need to hand out? What point do I need to get across?

Exhibition Banners

Exhibition stands can be filled effectively with your message with banners for display stands. Pull up banners are a great way to effectively use your space. At Mediapoint we offer two great sized exhibition banners which are portable.

Our Budget and Economy exhibition banners measure 85cm x 200cm. This is a standard size which is versatile for a wide range of uses. In a 3 x 3 meter space you can have two of these banners setup which will effectively use your space.

On the other hand our deluxe stand is our premium banner for your trade show. The deluxe measures 220cm high and 100cm wide. Comparing the two stands together the deluxe appears much larger. The reason for this is there is a much larger surface area which equates to over half the size more than the other two stands.

The size factor really depends on two things. The first is what are you trying to achieve with your exhibition banners? The second is what space are you working with? Also cost plays a factor but this is usually low because of the high cost usually associated with getting a space in the first place.

For more information for banners for display stands checkout our exhibition banners page.

Clear stickers are great for a wide range of uses. You can use them on window murals to brighten up your store or shop front. You can use them on your promotional goods to re-brand or add more information. Clear stickers are versatile in the way they can be used.

Clear Stickers

One thing to remember for your clear decals is the ink is translucent. What this means is the ink does not appear solid. So if you place them on a dark background the ink will be close to invisible. This also includes light colours such as yellows and light blues.

The way to make your clear stickers more solid with Mediapoint is to back your ink with white ink. This will make your layers more solid. This will also allow your ink to stand out more on a black or dark background.

We are often asked why white ink clear stickers are so unique in digital printing. Well digital printing comes in CMYK so there is no white ink cartridge in all normal digital printers. So with our printer we have a unique setup allowing for this additional 5th colour.

White Ink Stickers

White ink has to be thicker than normal inks. Because of this more maintenance is required on this printer to run these inks. This is one of the additional works we need to carry out printing white ink digitally.

So when would you need white ink on your clear stickers? First of all for some uses such as product labels or car window stickers you would need white ink to stand out dark backgrounds. Also if you are doing a mural, white ink on clear provides a great effect to your display. Also without white ink backed behind where we print, the ink will appear translucent. On a dark background yellows and light colours will appear invisible. This can be avoided if there is a layer of white ink behind where it is printed.

We have found white ink stickers popular for these reasons. White ink printing is popular in digital as we can perform small to medium runs effectively. To find out more about this great product check out our white ink for clear page.
