An existing customer, Brittwood Constructions, came to us looking for a display solution. They had an upcoming exhibition and were after something that was professional, sleek and portable. After browsing through the different types of Display Stands that we produce, they selected the Economy Display Stand.
The Economy Display Stand displays a banner measuring an astounding 850 x 2000mm in size, and weighing only a couple of kilograms. We use a polypropylene banner that is quite hardy and glare resistant, as it has a satin finish. The stands themselves have a modern aluminium base. These stands are a favourite for any sort of portable display, ranging from indoor storefronts to group presentations.
After the details were finalised, we started the design work for the order .The customer needed a new design made from scratch, however they had a rough draft for us to work from. The design required a brand new layout of all images and text. Our talented designer was able to come up with a very attractive design that the customer was extremely satisfied with.
There was also a time element involved with this particular order, as the customer required them rather urgently. We were able to produce the Display Stand in an amazing two business days and provide overnight shipping directly to them.
The customer contacted us once they had received the Display Stand, advising us of an potential issue. After some discussion on the problem, we determined that it was with assembly and advised them on proper setup procedures to rectify this.
The customer was overjoyed with the level of service and the quality of our product. We wish them all best and are confident they’ll be returning in the future.
